The Best Ski Resorts for Powder Skiing in Austria
Updated September 2026
Finding fresh tracks in pristine powder is what many skiers and snowboarders live for. Our Powder Zones rankings showcase the resorts where you're most likely to find that fluffy white gold. These rankings come straight from the Snomad community—real powder hounds who've carved through these slopes and know where the best stashes lie. We only include resorts with substantial feedback to ensure you're getting reliable intel before planning your next powder day adventure. Fancy adding your own powder experiences? Submit your review and help fellow riders find their perfect line.
