Reviews

Went second week in March. Bottom half of mountain was closed. Top half easy to navigate but afternoon snow conditions around the midsection was heavy going. Took option to get on ski bus and travel up the valley to the Stubai glacier which had excellent conditions. Close to Insbruck (excellent for a non-ski day outing), good resort for casual intermediates , with option for 45 minutes bus ride to the glacier if resort conditions are not good.

A very underrated resort amongst English speakers. Schlick is great fun for both expert and amateur skiers, with mostly gentle pistes. Although there arent any big free riding lines off-piste, there is a very fun natural half pipe area that more than makes up for this, along with some genuinely difficult tree runs.
