Pretty good overall good skiing very busy as we whent when there was a festival but very good apres and some nice runs

Went for Rise Festival and I could not recommend it more! Pretty good skiing and absolutely unreal Apres, great place to go, not too many kids or ski schools either which is refreshing.

All in all was a great ski holiday but due to going at the same time as a music festival it made the slopes very busy and full of people that didn't have massive experience with the slopes

I hadn’t been skiing in about 8 years, Les Deux Alpes was the perfect place to come for me to get my ski legs back up to scratch. Lots of gorgeous Blues and Reds to practice my technique on. We came as part of the Rise Festival, which we thought would be really busy but apart from the end of the day where everyone was skiing down the mountain, the slopes were pretty clear! Our accommodation at Résidence Club MMV Les Clarines was nice, a little small for 6 people but we managed well. It was a little bit of a walk from the slopes as one side of the mountain was closed due to lack of snow, but it was not too far to be too inconvenient. The options for food and drink on the slopes are good too, especially the 3200 restaurant at the top of the glacier, the food there was yummy! A little expensive but a great option if you’d like to treat yourself. Overall my time at Les Deux Alpes was incredible, I fell in love with skiing again and can’t wait to go again hopefully some time soon!

Beautiful slopes with great snow making runs very enjoyable. Exciting and lively aprés ski as well as lots of good food options. The area is very nice with accommodation being clean and only a short distance away from ski lifts and overall has a nice community feel to it.

visited les 2 alpes for rise festival lots to explore on the mountain from training slopes to off piste, snowparks and long wide runs. great apres up and down the mountain, lots of places to eat and drink in the town. great time all around.

Came for rise festival which was incredible! Surprised at how good the skiing and powder was. Cute little village and beautiful mountains

Came for Rise Festival. Really good slopes. Lots of blues (majority of resort). Could do with more greens for beginners though.

Most of the slopes are nice and wide, and well groomed in the morning. The main green into town (Demoiselle) is quite narrow, and can be a bit treacherous at the end of the day as so many people are trying to get down. The main blue (Jandri 1) is also extremely busy at the end of the day. A couple more routes would be good!

Plenty of bars and restaurants in town, relatively priced for a resort. Good food and drinks. There is a free shuttle bus that loops around the whole resort. This was fantastic as I was stuck on the far side of the resort. There are lifts positioned across the resort, and conveniently one directly behind my hotel (Village Club du Soleil).

Overall a very positive experience. Good skiing, and the patrol staff/lift operators were very friendly. Will be coming again!

Very good experience at les 2 alpes, came for ride festival and enjoyed a full week of skiing in accommodation close to multiple lifts. Slopes got busy but was never too busy as there is a lot of ski area to cover and slopes are wide.

Great resort for pre-season! Good snow and no one on the slopes. Good après at pano bar, and great selection of bars and restaurants in the village.

Great runs for beginners. Excellent ski school. Lovely town. Would definitely go back. Really busy at half term but slopes fine once up high

Great resort for fist time skiing. Plenty of good green and blue runs, and didn't have to que long for lifts.

Rise festival has been a blast so far, runs are quite hard for a beginner. Blue run on Sunday was very bad visibility and made it even harder, had to walk down most the mountain

Very good resort, very good restaurants, everything within walking distance. Recently added another bar/place to grab a quick bite on the slopes.

Loved it here At rise @ les2 alpes was fun lots of beginner learner skiers because of the festival so lots of people falling over etc but some of the harder runs were nice & quite! Had a load of snow dump before we got here and had just been sunny since we got here which has been nice! Having to go higher as the week goes on. 8/10

It was a pretty good stay, mixed group of 8, some brand new skiers, some intermediate and 1 who transitioned from ski to snowboard.

We stayed in a hostel at the point info, rooms were a bit dirty, but overall good quality accommodation with storage, ski-in/ski-out for Valle Blanche, swimming pool and spa. No option for food, it was all self catered with very basic kitchenette.

Slopes were good, it wasn’t too busy as we went just before the school holidays. A few good powder days during the week, and 1 day with awful ice on the slopes. Night skiing was good, but was only open for a red run on Valle Blanche (this has changed, there is now a green route included on the night skiing for 2025/26). Great ski school with ESI helped the beginners, transitioner and the intermediates develop.

Apres was ok, nothing to call home about, some good DJs and sets amongst some of the bars and clubs, and some nice quiet pubs in the evenings.

Access is easy through Grenoble with bens bus, once you’re in the town, no need to really leave, so a car is a bit redundant.

1 week, 8 people, with ski pass, rentals, accommodation and flights from London came to about £450pp, with an extra £300pp spent while out there. Quite an affordable holiday

Booked to crossover with Rise festival. Vibes have been great, 1st week of the season, decent snow and quiet slopes. Multiple locations for après - all good music and vibes. The resort caters for all sorts of budgets, this particular trip was on a budget, everything included (flights, ski pass, transfer and accom) for less than 1K and the accommodation is ski in/out. If you book far enough in advanced you can definitely get good deals. Just need to be wary with the time of the year as snow is sparse at the bottom layer in the season. However, there are still plenty of runs to ski around the glacier.

Had a great time in Les Deux Alpes! Had some icy conditions though - the “blue” down to the resort especially is one not to be messed with!

Went on a uni ski trip and it was perfect for mixed ability groups! Good apres ski and clubbing options too, but definitely wasn’t anything too wild!
