The Skiers' Guide to Les 2 Alpes

Excellent resort, very busy but it’s big so it doesn’t really feel so busy. Was expecting busy lifts due to the time of year (Feb half term) but only really felt busy in the morning but if you time your first lift right it was no problem. Excellent resort and would definitely go back. Traveled with wife and 14year old son and 10year old daughter.

A fantastic family resort. Wide open runs for beginners with challenges and off piste for more advanced.

Loved our first ski holiday there it was amazing! The instructor was brilliant and the views were spectacular!

Attended for Rise Festival - great atmosphere, bars, and restaurants. Varied runs, got on well as a beginner

Loved the week with my boys age 17 and 14. A bit busy but it was half term!
We’d def return probably out of half term next time

The resort is great.
Not a lot of options for Black runs, but loads still to do.
The Apre is great and the village has a great mix of bars and shops.
The atmosphere is relaxed and fun.

Les 2 alpes is perfect for families. Lots of nice blue runs. Also on Vallee Blanche side there is perfect green piste too learn " Valle Blanche"
Lots of accommodation options with ski in ski out. We been for the second time and next year going to be 3rd. Try to avoid French ski holidays as it can get busy.

Great ski trip here with friends, perfect mixture of skiing for all levels & good Apres. Would definitely recommend.

Went never having skii'd before, left feeling comfortable on red runs thanks to European ski school.
Affordable as I'd imagine ski resorts go and the free shuttle bus is very helpful

My first time on the mountains was unforgettable at les 2 alpes. A brilliant selection of intermediate runs and my friends enjoyed the blacks although they said the grading was pretty tough there! The whole trip was fantastic, especially the apres. They had cheap pints at the pano bar at specific times which was fantastic.

We had an amazing time as a group of friends with 2 friends learning how to ski while at the resort. We had only one 2 hour lesson for them and there were so many beginner pistes to choose from that they were intermediate in no time. We skied from the top of the mountain to the bottom. A very unique experience with complete beginners and an amazing all round resort. We’ll be back for sure!

2nd time at les 2 alpes with kids 11 & 14. Lots of easy ski lifts. Didn’t experience long queues . New Jandri lift takes 30-40 people to the top of glacier. Food choice on mountain limited and expensive. We brought our lunch most days. Good choice of restaurants in town for food with the kids.

The resort was lovely, lots of nice restaurants and bars. The lifts were never too busy and the skiing was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed the apres and beautiful views from the slopes.

High altitude so really good snow conditions. Quite slops apart from the main gondola in the morning which had to queue for. Good apres

We stayed here for the week of rise festival, but it was a great resort. There are what seems like unlimited pistes to ski and plenty of places to stop for food/drinks. The speed ski was great, pano bar was off the charts. I would definitely return, but most likely later on in the season when there is more snow, as the off piste was quite hard without any powder.

Great resort. Stayed there for a week in March and the weather and slopes were amazing. Group ranged from beginners to intermediate and there were runs for all abilities. Also did some sunset skiing half way through the trip that I couldn’t recommend enough. Pano bar, Umbrella Bar and Skandal are all top tier apres ski and the pubs are lively in the evening. A broken woman now the ski trip is over; but the best week ever!

First time ski trip, went during rise festival so maybe not the most family friendly. Highly recommended, very fun.

Good but that one narrow green run down from Diablo is diabolical for beginners. The scenery is nice, small resort but fun
