Super family friendly resort but with some very good bars for Apres. Ski Lodge and La Taiga are must visits.

Excellent little town to stay in for three valleys access - cheaper than the better known ones and very quickly able to access both Courchevel and Meribel. Easy to get across to Val Thorens for the day too. Great final run down into La Tania and the town itself is fab with very lively apres.

Brilliant resort, Id recommend getting the 3 valleys pass. La Tania slopes dont get much sun so can become icy quickly when it gets compacted, but further up the mountain is perfect

Very nice very good ski resort, lots of runs to ski and a big place to venture out and explore. Lots of nice places to eat and easy transport back if lifts close

Wake up in the morning and choose courchevel or meribel without their price tags.Small, family friendly and reasonably priced with 3 runs all of its own, La tania is a hidden gem.

La Tania is a small ski resort with great links to the wider 3 Valleys area. It's easy to get over to Courchevel and Meribel. The runs back down into resort suit all abilities. There are plenty of accommodation options, ranging from catered chalets to hotels. There is a great bar at the bottom of the main ski run down into resort. There are a few different restaurants to choose from.

A great place to stay if you want access to the brilliant three valleys skiing area but with a much more relaxed and peaceful vibe. Very family friendly, good blue run back into the village (which can be very icy in bad conditions) and charming apres ski in the local bars / pubs without the crazy nightlife.

We went here for my stag party. The resort has some excellent runs and apres ski. Our apartment was very close to the ski lift.

Visited this resort with family several times and it has always worked well as a gateway and access point into the 3 valleys. This area works super well as a base point to give you quick and effectively access to the rest of the 3 valleys. The accommodation we have stayed in within La Tania was always felt warm and inviting, which is also one of the reasons we return, as well as the ski in ski out aspect. The area is fairly quiet, not a huge apres scene that I've discovered but a great family getaway location.

I love la tania, worked a ski season there about 20 years ago and strive to get back as often as I can. Theres plenty of skiing to be had with a courchavel lift pass or you can upgrade to a three valleys pass if you want to ski to meribel or go as far a val Thorens. The apre is pretty decent for a small, quaint resort with the favourites (most lively) being the ski lodge or the taiga. Make sure you say hello to Tim, the owner who also does the excellent La Tania snow report on YouTube or Facebook. Dreams are made of skiing down the excellent blue run (folyeres) directly to the door of the ski lodge in the resort centre for a vin chaud or two as the lifts are closing, give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
