Great resort for pre-season! Good snow and no one on the slopes. Good après at pano bar, and great selection of bars and restaurants in the village.

Rise festival has been a blast so far, runs are quite hard for a beginner. Blue run on Sunday was very bad visibility and made it even harder, had to walk down most the mountain

Very good resort, very good restaurants, everything within walking distance. Recently added another bar/place to grab a quick bite on the slopes.

We booked a self catered apartment through booking.com and it was right at the bottom of the slopes and very near some of the acres ski bars. The atmosphere in these bars was brilliant but the slope bars close relatively early so families staying nearby won't be bothered by noise ans not being able to sleep. Lots of options for food along a small and compact town (due to the geography). Seems like a great resort for groups and there were a number of universities making use of the facilities. Lifts are quick and it is majority chairlift which is good news for snowboarders.

Les 2 alps is one of my favourite places I’ve ever skied. It’s great value matched with long slopes and great conditions on the glacier make it impossible to get bored. The town has a chiller but fun vibe compared to other resorts I’ve been to. A great atmosphere and always a resort I keep an eye out for since it regularly has good value packages available. Ive not rated it a full 5 because i personally believe it’s neighbouring resort Alpe D’Huez is better - however a bigger challenge to find a holiday there for same value. Note - if you get a lift pass at Les Deux Alp for 6 days you can ski for one day included in Alpe D’Huez for no extra cost - Highly recommend for more adventure!

Really great resort for those who are a bit newer to skiing as not as big of a resort as others BUT you have a load of blue and red runs so great to have fun on and get a load of skiing in place!

Really enjoyed Les 2 Alpes. Great ski area which well sign posted. A few lifts could be upgraded but generally very good. Nice big wide cruisy runs. Well groomed pistes every morning. Good selection of mountain restaurants. Nice village. Would definitely return.

Fantastic resort. Gondala to the top of resort is fantastic and really quick. There’s definitely some quieter runs around mid point of the mountain. April was quite slushy at the bottom, but that is to be expected. Great apres ski and resort town.

I spent a week in Les Deux Alpes during the Christmas and New Year period. At this time of year, the slopes are usually crowded and full of people. Nevertheless, all the lifts operated efficiently, and the queues moved smoothly. The slopes were beautifully prepared, and the weather was excellent, with many sunny days.

The only drawback I see in this resort is the limited number of places to eat and drink, which leads to long queues at the few bars and restaurants available on the slopes. The most well-known spot, The Piano Bar, is very crowded and not well-situated for sun exposure, making it a rather cold place to sit and relax.

Overall, the skiing conditions were fantastic, with breathtaking views and an incredible experience of going up as high as 3,600 meters.

Les Deux Alpes has a variety of long (some being probably amongst the longest in the alps), very wide pistes making for easy fast-pace to be maintained even when busy with both skiers and boarders. The varied nature of the red-graded runs is especially appealing , and the altitude ensures low snow fall's preserved well, with Les Deux Alpes pistes almost always guaranteeing great piste-skiing all the way into May every year, with frequent, extensive powder on offer half the time through April .

We have been to Les Deux Alpes additionally for Summer skiing on 4 occasions , with its glacier being the largest skiable area in the Alps for July to August period , with the snow park maintained for all standards, including FIS competition standard half-pipe and slopestyle courses.

The lift system is high capacity and queues are rarely more than 15 minutes at morning peak-times for the resort-level main lifts .

The resort has a huge variety of accommodation to choose from to suit most every taste and pocket, with the town itself having a slightly quieter atmosphere than some of the other local and more famous French resorts , but still offering "raucous" apres ski venues if required or many superb restaurants with some wonderful service excellence to experience throughout !

Great resort with loads to do, snow sure slopes and excellent apres! Can be pricy and busy, and little cover in poor visibility though.

It's a good resort been a couple of times, but it's quite small particularly if the glacier is shut. But the apres is brilliant start up at pano bar and then working down to umbrella, lots of fun to be had, some nice runs back to resort as well just not many runs total and reasonably popular particularly for Rise festival so no quite runs

Really loved my experience at Les 2 Alpes. Everyone was very friendly and the options for eating and drinking were varied and tasty.

Apres was fun, if a little tame in some places but perfect for a few beers and a dance.

Groomed slopes were excellent but the off piste left a little to be desired.

Beautiful resort. Theres enough skiing for a week but doesnt quite match paradiski or three valleys. Runs get very busy on an evening head back to resort level. Not a lot of bars/restaurants on the slopes. Few restaurants and bars on the slopes.

I went to Les Deux alpes in January I went with crystal ski and was led to believe the hotel was in the middle of the resort which it wasnt it was on the slopes and ski in ski out but not suitable for first time to ski in or out or families it was stuck a 15 minute bus ride from the centre of the resort so you could not go out at night the hotel itself le belambra was ideal for children lots of activities for them to do on site but for me travelling on my own was not suitable the food was awful and I got some kind of sickness bug on the second day and didnt spend much time skiing because of the distance from the resort centre and because I couldnt keep any food down the slopes were quite crowded I like Les deux alpes as a resort although the weather wasnt great hence the good slopes being crowded I will definitely return to Les deux alpes but would not use crystal ski again or stay at le belambra
