What Skiers Say About Tremblant

Tremblant attracts skiers and snowboarders across all abilities, from beginners to experts, with many visiting as families or groups. Users consistently mention well-groomed runs, efficient lift operations during weekdays, beautiful tree skiing, and the European-style pedestrian village as major positives. Crowding is a recurring complaint, particularly on weekends and holidays, with long lift queues and busy slopes reported frequently. Conditions are described as variable, with ice developing by midday and temperatures often bitterly cold. Pricing for accommodation, food, and lift tickets is widely criticised as expensive, though many users still return regularly and consider it the best option in eastern Canada.

Went to Mt Tremblant end of March and had one of the best experiences snowboarding! My previous experience was in New Zealand at Mt. Ruapehu and Queenstown. Though the snow was slushy, there was an abundance of runs, some were long with not very long waits on chairlifts. The food options were great on the mountain with buffets for you to pick and choose your hot food to have. A few restaurants in the area.

Tremblant is the best place to travel to coming from Toronto area! This past weekend is the second year coming here with friends and the accommodation is phenomenal. Ski in and ski out places are great in a sense of not parking and close to the village! The ski hills are long which is perfect space to practice whatever sport you choose to do.

Huge lineups on weekends, very limited restaurant choices in the village. Too many icy slopes, unless you are a good skier, very difficult to manage them.

I had a wonderful weekend out in Quebec at Mount Tremblant. The conditions we're perfect, snowy and sunshine. The initial gondola was maybe a 10-15 min wait (only one to start heading up toward the other lifts) and the rest at max 5-10 depending on the runs/where on mountain you were. Definitely my favorite place I've ever been to, the nightlife and Apres- Ski was an absolute blast, the village is beautiful with so many options to shop and eat. I would highly recommend.

Tremblant is my favorite in eastern Canada, 2000 ft of elevation with multiple bottom to top fast lifts is quite good for Quebec. The village is very nice with tons of nice restaurants, shops, hotels and everything else you need. It's a busy resort (2nd in Canada after Whistler), but they have a board showing the lift lines at the top so you can avoid the biggest issues. Main runs do get busy, but they keep the mountain well-maintained and there's plenty of side runs like glades that aren't trafficked as much you can go for. Overall not a 'hidden gem' or anything, but it's a great spot with good runs & vertical for the area with plenty of well-maintained facilities.

Tremblant is best during the week when it is quieter and you can ride without waiting. It has a lot of different slope for all levels. It also has a nice ski village at the bottom. Great place to go.

My family loves Tremblant. The village is beautiful. There is a ton of skiable terrain, mostly on piste. You can get decent deals on lodging and lift tickets through the Tremblant web site. It can be very busy on weekends and holidays, and March break. I would recommend going in the February 20s on week days.

This is a family favourite of mine. I love the village and the skiing here is top tier. A great hill for experienced skiers and intermediate ski families. The village is charming and this makes for the best long weekend or week off spot. It is quite busy but it is worth is to get up there as the mountain is large. The gondolas help keep you warm on your way up. One of my favourite hills for sure!!

Convenient place to ski. Biggest hill in the area for montreal and ottawa. Lift tickets are now too expensive, friends and I have switched to Nordic. Resort seems to be trying to squeeze every penny out they can from the guests.
Used to go over 10 times a year now down to 2 to 3.
Can be cold and icy but that's just how it goes skiing in the east.
Great events in the spring have competed in the caribou cup for 10 years now always a good party.
Great apres ski.

Tremblant is a great mountain with lots of different runs for every one. The tree skiing is great after a good dump of snow. Dress warmly it can be nasty cold on a windy -30 day.
For the cold days, there is the village with lots to do,as well as great cross country ski and snowshoeing trails close by
Good après ski and fabulous restaurants too
Enjoy la belle province!

Very large very fun hill, lots and lots of people though so long wait lines for lifts. Double blacks are great, tree runs usually full of powder. Quite expensive however.

I had a great time. I have only skied a few maritime resort so this was a large experience. I mostly only kept to a few easy trails but found the conditions excellent and I would return. It gave me wide open spaces to practice my skills and improve.

One of our most beautiful place to ski in Quebec. Lots of activities, restaurants, places for kids. Chocolate place, movie theater, place where you and your family will enjoy very much. Deers are crossing street and ski slopes.
