What Skiers Say About Tremblant

Tremblant attracts skiers and snowboarders across all abilities, from beginners to experts, with many visiting as families or groups. Users consistently mention well-groomed runs, efficient lift operations during weekdays, beautiful tree skiing, and the European-style pedestrian village as major positives. Crowding is a recurring complaint, particularly on weekends and holidays, with long lift queues and busy slopes reported frequently. Conditions are described as variable, with ice developing by midday and temperatures often bitterly cold. Pricing for accommodation, food, and lift tickets is widely criticised as expensive, though many users still return regularly and consider it the best option in eastern Canada.

Amazingly long runs with multiple levels to choose between. Every run was well groomed and although there were a lot of people there the runs were not too busy.

Tremblant is a great mountain for families. Tremblant village has great restaurants, great window shopping-people watching, an aquatic center and Skandinave spa nearby. It is 1.5 hours north of Montreal

Tremblant is an excellent ski destination for families and all ski levels. The village is quant, the mountain is large and offers a variety of runs for all ski levels to keep things fresh for multi-day ski trips. The lift lines were typically short - less than 5 mins (during March break) - lots of skiing and not waiting in lines.

Been going to this hill since 2023 I find the hill management is getting better. There is allot of potential for more runs but that will be hard to do but it would be so worth it. Also would be nice if the lifts could be on a faster speed.

I’ve been skiing tremblant all my long life and have seen long lift lines of olden days transformed into super fast lifts to get thousands of skiers up top. Problem is that all these skiers are on the slopes which are way too crowded and scary. I’ve been hit from behind twice in 3 years.

There were many slopes for all levels of riders, and some nice double blacks as well as glades for intermediate-advanced skiers. Tremblant is an excellent ski resort and the lift lines were not too long

Great ski resort! The conditions on my last trip were not amazing the first few days due to weather but the runs were groomed as well as they could have been. A dump of snow on the last day made for great mogul skiing and tree runs! Lift lines move quite quickly! There is a pretty good variety of runs. Because most of the lifts all meet at the same place at the top it can feel a bit repetitive. Chalet food was nice and food in the village was pretty good but it is definetly touristy with high prices. There is no shortage of activities in the village and apres is amazing too! The convenience of the village is worth the price in my opinion. If you are looking for an activity after skiing I highly recommend the night snowshoe excursion with fondue! It was an incredible experience! You take the gondola to the top of the mountain and then snowshoe down the mountain through the forest. You stop at the mountain cabin Le Refuge for fondue and wine before continuing the descent in the dark. I will warn that it was somewhat physically demanding and not like snowshoeing through flat woods! It was very memorable, a unique experience and the guides were superb.
If you are thinking of visiting Mont Tremblant you won’t regret it! Between the skiing and village you are guaranteed an amazing trip!

Fun as hell, the edge (experts only zone) had some great blue glades and was very quiet relative to the main area due to it only being black runs. Didn’t go in double black glades but was told they were amazing by a friend who did. Beer was a bit expensive, but to be expected. The main face was definitely very busy and a bit icy at the bottom, but definitely not too bad to handle. Definitely recommend.

Great skiing - lots of slopes and variety. VERY slow and outdated lifts. Need more chalet space at the bottom of the hill as there was nowhere to suit up. Dinner reservations in the village were all full - need to book months in advance.

Tremblant is just under two hours (in traffic) from Montréal and is such a fab resort. With three different aspects to the mountain, there are all kinds of options for every type of skier. The north side is steeper and more rustic that the south side and the sun hits the snow in such a different way, it can feel like you're hitting two different resorts in the same day. The whole Village is designed to support your visit so the food and vibes are super divine and fuuuun. We love Tremblant!!

Had an amazing time at Tremblant last month! I took the day off on a Friday and went with 2 girlfriends. The conditions were amazing and because it was a work/school day, there were no line ups! Can't wait to go back before the end of this ski season!!

We go to Tremblant almost every season and have never been disappointed. Although the weather can be unpredictable, conditions have been great every visit. Good selection of terrain from beginner to advanced, and we experienced very little lift lines. We typically do not go during any of the school breaks to get the best experience.

Dining Tip: Lucille's is excellent. Try the oysters! One of the best dining choices in the village.
