What Skiers Say About Tremblant
Tremblant attracts skiers and snowboarders across all abilities, from beginners to experts, with many visiting as families or groups. Users consistently mention well-groomed runs, efficient lift operations during weekdays, beautiful tree skiing, and the European-style pedestrian village as major positives. Crowding is a recurring complaint, particularly on weekends and holidays, with long lift queues and busy slopes reported frequently. Conditions are described as variable, with ice developing by midday and temperatures often bitterly cold. Pricing for accommodation, food, and lift tickets is widely criticised as expensive, though many users still return regularly and consider it the best option in eastern Canada.

Weekends are very busy
The skiing is mediocre with a limited variety of runs. They dont get much natural snow and temps are often frigid. Ice is more common than powder. Lifelines are insane and the lift system is highly inefficient. They have no traffic direction so its just a mosh pit in line. They refuse to go RFID and still hand scan passes which adds to the inefficiency. Theres some decent glades but they get tracked out quickly.
Its a highly overrated resort. Far better and more affordable options on the east. Avoid this place.
Decent variety of runs, with good options for glade runs. Although most of the runs arent particularly long, but efficient and short chair lifts help that issues as most lead to a central mountain peak with most runs available from there.
Wind can result in icy conditions often and grooming is not great.
Nice options for nightlife and eating out, but lacking après scene likely due to this being a seemingly more family-focused resort.
I usually ski in the spring when the slopes are very quiet & the snow is best in the morning.
Dont forget its attached to a casino and its own pedestrian village with amazing hotels, restaurants and shops.
Pretty much ski in ski out due to the hotel run through the village and the courtesy lift from car park to the main lifts.
Can however be bitterly cold.
Plenty of runs for mixed abilities. Great tree runs and mogul fields for the more experienced riders.
It is not the easiest mountain to cater to a family with different desires and experience level, but it can be quite an enjoyable location for groups of similar interests and skill level skiers and snowboarders.
I would recommend accessing the station during a weekday to experience more of what the mountain has to offer.
