Great trip, massive terrain on two mountains, very busy and expensive though. Efficient lift lines, however due to business there was still a wait. Epic views and off piste runs in the alpine terrain!

I love the long runs. You can take 3 chairs up and ride that whole run down. There is so much selection and even on busy days, it isn’t too crowded. Been shining here for over 20 years and love it!

For the price of a lift ticket, cost of parking and apres ski good and drink Vail resorts that owns and operates Whistler-Blackcomb fleeces you. They want the Hollywood types high expense prostitutes to show up and pay the extortionist prices that is nowhere close to the original grassroots of the two mountains. Raising the price of loyalty cards/passes, like an edge card, exert year and then also increasing everything else in price squeezes the honest business owner in town along with the local skiers from the town and greater Vancouver area (locals). The skiing is great after the 10 to 30 minute wait at the lift seeing your equipment being mashed by others in que. Tough to find a peaceful spot on these hills.

We went back to Whistler for our 3rd time to ski late in the season - lucky we did, as we brought the SNOW with us. It hadn't been a great year on the West Coast of US + Canada, but 2 days before we arrived it dumped down, and continued 5 out of 10 nights we were there. And now, April, its still good skiing - yay.
Also loved our 6 hour Private Lesson, we shared between 3 of us, was so worth it, learned more in this lesson than every other one we have had in Australia, Japan + USA.
Gotta love the Snow Gods for playing ball!!
We will be back again in a few years, after we ski Europe, as that is next on our list.

The resort was awesome first time there, it had everything you needed and so close by. We stayed at the Fairmont Chateau what an amazing place. Rained on our first day but didn’t stop us going out. Food available was great also, great variety. Loved the Peak to peak Gondola. Just be wary of the signs for the runs, sometimes you think your on the blue and suddenly it’s not

Whistler is an amazing place for riding both inbounds and off piste terrain. Probably the largest in the world!

Great ski resort, especially in 2026, when most USA Resorts don't have enough snow. Whistler is located on the west coast is Canada and gets plenty of snow. The service crew is multinational and very friendly. The ski lift lines are orderly, not like in Italy. There are plenty of lodging options in the village and food is quite good, even though it's not Europe.

The snow was really good, runs are nice, however infrastructure is average at best (no bubbles, no heated lifts or gondolas) and it gets really busy (20 min wait for some lifts at peak times!). Also, quite a lot of flat bits. Its not good value for money, you can get much more in Alps for half of the price. Glad we did it, but we won't be coming again.

This was my first time skiing outside of Europe so I was continually making comparisons between the two. The positives of Whistler were the service, in restaurants and bars as well as shops and the general friendliness of people in resort, made it a very welcoming place. In comparison to Europe value for money was great, the cost of beer and food especially was massively cheaper.

However, the skiing, just not enough nice groomed runs and the lack of lifts to service the mountain just didn’t seem enough, huge queues, short runs and they were not well marked like they are in Europe or didn’t really have any substantial length to them. Overall I don’t think it’s worth the travel from the UK when we have the Alps on our doorstep.

Whistler is unmatched for skiing! With a massive variety of runs, both on piste and off piste are amazing for all levels of skiing but really provide fun safe and challenging runs for expert skiers that are hard to find elsewhere. Amazing place

Runs were great and pretty quiet for when we went. It is very expensive for what it is and the apres is pretty soulless. Food is nothing to write home about either aside from the poutine and waffles on the mountains. Queueing etiquette at the lifts is far too woke. Restaurant culture and food quality generally naff.

First time snowboarding in Canada. Found the resort to be super well organised and stayed in a village location just minutes walk from the Whistler Gondola. Good amenities in general, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Well connected via bus station and seemed to be large car parks with lift connections.

Great ski area, well signposted routes, free guiding sessions every day, good facilities on the mountain. Don't miss a trip to Crystal Hut for waffles.

The two side of the mountain gives an extensive access to various run for endless fun and do not cross over the same runs too often. The higher you go, the more untouched powder to discover and shred some clean lines. Seventh Heaven is a great place to go, but only if you are an advanced/expert rider as there are very hard terrain and it gets really cold up there so it could be icy on some spots. Highly recommend, to wear many many layers and bring a hiking bag with energy bars and double insulated bottles with hot beverage to tackle the cold.

Overall, providing many different terrains gives endless options for beginner to expert riders of all ages.
Food there is really mediocre in my opinion, however, given the location it is in, the food there is substantially good already.

Really enjoy the Peak 2 Peak gondola and highly recommend for those who are only going to take in the scenery and not riding!

Super friendly place. Normally a constant supply of fresh snow. All levels of skiers catered for. Plenty of apres bars and restaurants in Creekside, Whistler Village and Blackcomb. Totally recommend Dubs at bottom of Excalibur Gondola.

Whistler Blackcomb is absolutely incredible. The terrain is massive, the views are unreal, and the Peak 2 Peak Gondola is a must-do. Great runs for all levels and a fun village vibe after a day on the mountain. Totally worth the trip.

Skiing at Whistler Blackcomb is unreal. The sheer size of the mountain means there’s something for everyone. long, scenic cruisers, steep bowls, playful trees, and challenging alpine terrain. The lift system is efficient, the views are jaw-dropping, and the snow quality is often excellent. Add in a lively village with great food and après, and it’s easy to see why Whistler Blackcomb is considered one of the best ski resorts in the world.
