Gone to Fernie a few times over the years. The town is picturesque with some great coffee shops and places to eat. Ive always stayed in town and the drive to the hill is manageable and parking hasnt been an issue when Ive gone. Love that there is no gondola, lifts are fast and the runs are fantastic. Definitely would recommend, I think there is something for every level at Fernie.

Fernie is an all around great place to visit. The ski hill accommodates all skier levels and has a vast variety of environments. There are great accommodations right on the hill as well as in the town itself. The town of Fernie offers so much and its great to stroll up and down the main drag. No matter where you are skiing the views are incredible. Its a huge mountain with a small town feel.

The bowls are extremely fun. When we went, there was so much powder that the polar express chair was not open, so I was not able to experience the summit. We did many tree runs and the skiers and snowboarders were very respectful and nice. Groomed runs were also amazing, just less powder. Food is reasonable for a ski resort, they even have sushi!

Fernie Alpine Resort is by far my favourite resort. The powder is the best and most reliable I've found in Canada. The variety of runs is extremely nice given it's all ok the same mountain; from steep chutes to much more mellow greens, and theres always somewhere new to explore. Its never too crowded and you can always find somewhere more hidden so you actually get to enjoy the mountain instead of waiting in lines. Perfect mix of chill vibes and epic terrain.

Fernie Alpine is a fantastic resort! Really good vibes. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The powder is amazing! However some of the lifts are long and slow making it hard to get lots of quick laps in but still such great elevation and views. Lots of intermediate-to advanced skiing. Lots to do in town that is 5 minutes away from the base. Shuttles make everything really accessible and easy if you dont have a car. Great for larger groups too as you can rent great places in town or at the base. Something for everyone in Fernie. Great skin and great views!

We have boarded on Fernie four times and keep going back. It has the most varied terrain and spectacular scenery of any of the Canadian resorts and a wholly authentic town which and is very different from a purpose made ski resort. Its a bit off the beaten track so people that visit want to visit. Locals are very friendly , lift queues are normally small except pow days. Fernie is an authentic Canadian winter sports destination.

Fernie has a beautiful town nearby, and the hills are fantastic. Most are more advanced, so not many kids or families. There is so much to explore and impressive bowls.

Fernie is a great resort with many different terrain options. The nightlife it's decent, the staff friendly, and the food options are good. The accommodations at the resort are a little on the expensive side, but it's worth it for such a great experience

So much snow this place is steep and deep with amazing open tree runs One of British Columbias quieter resorts, but still next level with one of the main jumps at the top of the resort called Air Canada definitely an intermediate to advance resort.
