Reviews

Great little resort thats technical part of the Vialattea but getting over to Sauze dOulx or Sestriere is an effort involving many slow ski lifts and not very exciting skiing. We ended up taking a bus to Sestriere for the day which has great skiing options. It is logistically much easier to ski to Montgenevre for a change of scenery but the skiing in Claviere is better so depending on level you want not want to leave. Many lifts are old and slow but the upside is you will rarely have to queue for any of them as it is a quiet resort especially give it is snow sure. Limited accommodation options especially more luxury options and apres ski is muted.

A gorgeous smaller resort that connects well to both Mont Genevre and the popular Sauze dolux. The resort itself is quieter with a few good bars and restaurants for the evening. Slopes are well maintained and there are some cute on-piste bars.
