Great locals resort, mostly French people and families. Brilliant pistes, food was incredible, not a massive party scene but if you want great skiing with friends or family definitely worth it.

This was such a special field!! We got so lucky because the visibility was not great but the powder was fantastic. It felt very French authentic and it was affordable

Extensive and varied area shared with St Francois, great fun and plenty of things to do at all levels. Beginners or early intermediates might struggle to get fully around the area and see all the different parts.

Combolouviere is a bit of a slow and pointless spur of the area, don't waste time heading down there unless you want a long slow cruise with a beginner.

The big freeride area is a great asset and hugely fun. The long runs connecting the two valleys are great and cruisy, although a couple of slow lifts and heavily mogulled link runs make it a chore at the end of the day.

More child friendly things to do over the St François side really. Valmorel town is really lovely though, quaint little streets and some amazing places to eat out.
