The resort is amazing and so easy to get around thanks to the shuttles and lift coverage. Theres so many small villages scattered around the resort which gives plenty of food options.

Great for a beginner with loads of greens and blues to try. I went in February it was fairly busy but the queues for the lifts were rarely too long.

Great resort, lots of cat tracks so boarder beware... Very little night life and no apres bands....

A resort very well oriented to families and newer skiers. The more advanced skiing is good but most of it is off-piste and you have to know where to go.

Booked the resort last minute but excellent value for money, the ski area is absolutely insane and can ski into la plange. Apres is great with the folly but if you are staying in 2000 or 1950 then need to get the last lift over into the next valley. Would definitely come back tho, really enjoyed the trip.

I love Les Arcs. I’ve been time and time again - way up high so you only see Snow in the Arc 2000 bowl, three main villages to stay in, you can flip sides of the mountain to get the best snow at the best time of day and if you run out of Les Arc runs you can hop on the Transarc to La Plagne

For a group of 25 year olds the resort was perfect. Massive amounts of slopes to ski on with great apres and bar options for the evenings as well. Food and drinks were well priced and the hotel didn’t break the bank. Would definitely return

We arrived mid march to a fresh dumping of snow, pistes and runs were absolutely incredible for this time of year, with glorious weather to match.

Apres at Arpette and Folie Douce always a great time, with plenty of food choices in the town for evening.

We stayed at Eden Arc which is self catering, right opposite folie and 50m from the first chair lift.

Excellent trip. Stayed in mmv hotel which was great for a big group which included kids. Snow conditions were excellent for march. Friendly resort. Great to be able to access la plagne for a day too.

Fabulous resort, we stayed at Manoir Savoir, apartment was perfect. Les arc 1950 is a beautiful place to stay, lots for good restaurants & bars. The supermarket and bakery are very convenient. Ski in & ski out for all apartments. Underground parking is also super convenient. Would definitely love to return again soon.

We loved that there were so many ski runs for intermediate, our kids loved it too. The ski school was excellent

This was my first ever ski trip - my other half is an expert skier and I went out as a complete beginning having taken just one hour of a skiing lesson previously. I had a private instructor doctor hours which day and by the end of the week I had completed almost 10 blue runs.

We stayed in Les Arcs 1950 in a residence which was central, perfectly equipped and great value for money. I loved the access to sauna, pool and hamam options and there were many really great touches like being able to hire a fondue or raclette kit.

The locker system for storing ski equipment was well organised too.

I loved that you could ski directly from the hotel to the pistes which was practical and saved so much time.

The village is clean, friendly, well looked after and safe.

The restaurants are of a good quality and the staff in all of them (especially Chalet de Luigi) are exceptionally friendly.

It was great weather was great and some great runs for every ability I really recommend for anyone trying to go skiing or snowboarding

Evolution ski school was great. Slopes a bit icy and not the best cover in places but just time of year and conditions generally. Great accommodation and places to eat in 1800

So, les Arcs isn't the very best mountain. It's among them, but not the absolute toppy top, yet still pretty good. What keeps me coming back, though, is the sheer convenience of the train-to-lift arrangement....the lowest funicular of the ski lift system is right there at a main train station. This is common in Switzerland but not in France and if you're Paris-based (as I am) then it's really really easy to get in a lot of skiing in a long weekend, very cost-effectively, on a hill that's among the best. If you don't have a car, then this is as easy as it gets in France.

Amazing resort for beginners. I went with Precision Ski for rental and Performance Ski for 121 lessons. Both highly recommended. We stayed in Bourg-St-Maurice near the Funi. Easy. Lidl close by for self-catered apartment.

Great resort overall - Les Arc links with La Plagne with over 400km of pistes both allows for all levels of abilities.

Great resort for skiing with plenty of terrain with La plagne aswell. Highly recommend for area. We were lucky in having a large dump of snow the night before arrival meant fo a slow start whiskey making areas safe and high avalanche warnings but tha was to be expected. Wouldn’t return to the hotel we stayed in as not great and wouldn’t travel with Inghams ever again.

Love this ski resort so much, it's got vibey apres with a Folie douce and several other super nice bars, it's connected to la plagne which makes the whole ski area massive, it's great for all levels, I'm only just getting on to reds but could ski all week on blues and not get bored. The lifts are great, we went over Christmas and it wasn't even that busy, just a pleasant amount of people and great snow. I've also been end of march and it was perfect. It's not pretentious or full of people top to toe in designer, it's just a really great resort, good value and awesome slopes.
