One of the biggest linked ski areas available in Austria covering 280km from soll, to going including scheffau, ellmau, brixen, westendorf, Have been going there for nearly 20 years and still havent skied it all.
Apres ski is lively and theres plenty of mountain restaurants/huts to choose from whilst skiing during the day.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers alike.
Night skiing is also an option together with a toboggan run which also makes use of floodlights.
Snow fall is good from late December through to mid to late march,
And there are plenty of snow cannons to keep the snow depths topped up.

Absolutely great resort. Have been here 3 times each time hotels have been very nice and food has been amazing at all 3 hotels. Would highly reccomend. Gear is all a good quality and will replace is anything is wrong at all. Great little wine bar facing the church. Boot locker at the bottom of the lift for easy access and walk to your hotel. Will be going back loved it.

I have been skiing in Söl since I was a young kid. I have seen the resort evolve over the last 30 years and it has been amazing to see. Excellent runs that are connected with other resorts. Great food, atmosphere and overall youll love it.

Love this resort, full of really good and well maintained blue and red runs especially across the whole skiwelt. Lifts and tech all modern and helps make the area more snow sure. Few good bars in soll especially.

Spent a week here jan 4th to 11th and had a fantastic time, snow and conditioms were great, locals were super accomodating. With over 280 km of connected piste in great condition, the amount of off piste, side hits and powder zones was fantastic especially in the ellmau/scheffau areas. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

I chose to go to Söll because I head it was a great party resort. I was a little disappointed because I think it has diminished over time. There were about 3 regular spots to go to but this was enough to enjoy ourselves and it meant we were able to bump into familiar faces. The snow was poor the week I went but there was still plenty of runs and snow cannons were going when they could.
I would go back.

Great Australian village with typical Tyroll atmosphere. Great connection with other sites. Great for advanced and beginners. Not as cheap as France but it's Australian values.

I had the pleasure of working 10 seasons in the beautiful and amazing ski resort of Soll, Austria.
It was the very first place I learned to ski and then a few years later went there to work and experience what it had to offer. From a vast ski range in the skiwelt area to amazing mountain huts with great food and friendly welcoming people. This ski resort has it all. Not to mention a very lively and bustling apres ski scene, from the moonlight bar to the Whisky Muhle. Soll has it all. The restaurants provide top quality grub, Bella vita, cafe Nani, Auf de muhle and ribs at the fedwebel you cannot go wrong in Soll. Accommodation is first class too from staying at the postwirt or hotel Tyrol and many more. If you havent been to Soll make sure you go there. Its a magical ski resort filled with amazing people and top class skiing. Youll love it.

This was my first ski holiday and it didn't disappoint. I didn't buy ski lessons and found the blue runs manageable to learn on. There's not a large amount of green runs but the blues are lovely with great scenery. The witches on the mountain give a great effect, and you can even have some of their potions. The views are spectacular, and plenty of snow. We ate out all the time for lunch and didn't find it too expensive, with the food quality being amazing. It's great for couples and as a family holiday.

Fantastic resort, went in mid March and even though it was warmer the pistes were well groomed and we had a great time. Would love to go back in an earlier month to see what its like in slightly colder conditions. Locals all really friendly, excellent night life. Especially the Whiskey Muhle
