The Best Ski Resorts for Eating Out in Italy

Updated September 2026

From hearty mountain classics to fine dining, Italian ski resorts serve up some of the tastiest on-mountain cuisine going. Our users have weighed in on where to find the best food while on your ski holiday - proper meals that'll refuel you after a morning on the slopes, not just overpriced soggy chips. This league table ranks resorts based on quality, variety and value of their restaurants, both on and off the mountain.

Been stuffing your face in the Dolomites or smashing pasta in the Aosta Valley? Submit your own review and help fellow skiers find the best eats.
