I always go to Holliday Valley with my parents and it is such a fun place because theirs just so many slopes to go on but if you are a college student you MUST do the college daze in January. The events are so fun and the free stuff just makes everything better. You will not be bored. If you like red bull its even bigger sign to do it.

I love holiday valley, Ive been every year since I was 13 and its always perfect to ski. The lodges are great and they have lots of food options. The runs are nice and they have lots of options for beginners and experienced. Definitely would go again

My fiance and i are from Canada and decided to buy the ultimate passes this season. Even with the exchange rate, this was a great deal for us. We have been out about 5 times already and its been fantastic so far. Compared to our home resort, the conditions are so much better, the runs are a lot of fun, and the staff are so pleasant!
The only downside has been the price of food, but we just bring our own lunches now.

W ski resort for people who live in the general area. This year they got pounded with snow, which means decent powder for east coast. Groomers are decent, glades are pretty decent and can find some super pow in certain areas.

For the limited vertical rise, an exceptional ski destination. 60+ runs, 10+ lifts, many high speed. Good variety in chalets.

Great ski resort for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Lots of runs open with a multitude of different types. Would recommend for anybody.

Holiday Valley is our Families home mountain. They offer a variety of season passes available and different price points. 2 for 1 night ski Monday- Wednesday with a voucher. Amazing ski school with wonderful instructors. We have stayed many times at the resorts ski In ski out hotel rooms. Multiple lodges throughout the resort. Apres and restaurants. Overall 5star

Very family friendly. Lots of accommodation options as the town of Ellicottville is built around 2 ski resorts. Because of this can get quite busy on holidays and weekends but if you know where to look there are some fun hidden runs that are not too busy. Good mix of easy and more difficult runs. Not to far for Canadians like me to hop over the border for a day off you're not looking to spend the night in town.

This is one of my favourite ski resorts. Ellicottville is such a quaint town and Holiday Valley is a wonderful resort. The chalets are great and the hills boast a variety of runs for all skier and snowboarder levels. Great family resort with a welcoming ski/snowboard school. One of my favourite runs are the ones through the beautiful trees. Highly recommend to check this one out!

Seriously the best resort. Grew up going with my ski club in high school and miss those Thursday nights every single winter season. Food, runs, staff, all amazing and have no complaints! Other than the fact I havent been recently in my adult years or stayed the night!

Nestled in south western NY, the hill is smaller, but fills a lot of needs for skiers. The runs are mostly straight and doesn't really get policed to much except at the bottoms where the lifts meet together. Overall a good hill with good lake-effect snow for much of the year.

The resort is very good overall. There are many options for food and dining areas. The lessons are very informative and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The rental boots helmets and skis are all well maintained and work very well.

Super good resort to travel to close to Ontario for way better skiing! Tons of runs, lift lines were good, trees were fun until I snapped my back off one, but overall sick weekend spot!

HV is great resort with modern lift system snd snowmaking.
Village of Ellicottville is beautifull.
No lift lines and snow conditions very good for NY resort.

Nice NY state resort.
Beautiful nature, fast lifts, great snowmaking.
Weekdays place is empty.
Elicotville is very nice village, great shopping and restaurants.
Definitely worth a trip.

I love skiing at Holiday Valley its about a one hour drive from my house but its worth it every time me and my 2 other sisters all ski and we love to go whenever we can. I tried my first black diamond here and it was really great experience the conditions are always really good and the wide range of hills make it perfect for whatever level you are

A great resort with good staff and good people. Nice long and wide bunny hill with many nice blue and green trails. Very scenic and fun. Mardi Gras trail is the perfect long distance calm trail. Two nice terrain parks. Lifts work well and are fast and reliable. Food is a little expensive but very good.
