I'm a Sugarloaf season pass holder so I'm biased. The mountain has had very little natural snow this year, but the groomed surface is really excellent. With the opening of the new West Mtn terrain it has really spread out skiers, and added to the resorts appeal. There is excellent tree skiing stashed all over the mountain. All we need now is for mother nature to cooperate and give us some fresh snow. The Bag, Brickyard Hollow, and slightly off mountain The Rack are all great options for food and drinks.

Good assortment of difficulty levels and lifts to access different parts of the mountain. Burnt mountain area has been developed much more over the years for increased terrain. Family friendly and something for everyone at Sugarloaf.

I have been going to this beautiful hill since I was a child! It has a special place in my heart. My son stood on his first set of skis at the age of 2. They have the best ski school for both kids and adults. The ski out accommodations are fantastic and the food is great in the village.

But far the best ski bum/ski town vibe I have experienced anywhere on the east coast. Awesome bars on the mountain and great apres (and during) ski vibes

The ski schools are great! The programs are the best. They have this part dialed in, it is a great family mountain. The apres and bar scene is quite good and fun. The rack is great but you have to drive to and from wherever you are staying. The grooming used to be the best anywhere now it is not at all the best and needs some QA / QC. The snow quality (man made) is still unbelievable. It does seem a bit like they feel they are granting you the privilege of skiing there..... IMHO the customer service (not across the board) could use a revisit. We do love this mountain and certainly an Icon of the East

Absolutely love this place, returning this season from Toronto for another stellar week. The best in the east, hands down.

Sugarloaf offers a tremendous amount of consistent vertical drop, good snowfall averages, and a variety of terrain (groomed and otherwise). The lodging options are somewhat limited, probably because so few of the local second homes are rented on a short-term basis (their owners are too busy skiing). Sugarloaf puts its relatively northern location and higher base elevation to good use with a longer season than most, and it offers some truly unique terrain with the snowfields. Unfortunately, Sugarloaf also has some truly unique weather, which makes accessing the summit terrain something of a challenge. Winds can regularly affect lift operations and snow quality, and if skiing in sub-zero air temps isn't your thing, you should probably book your visit for April.

Great mountain but not for the beginners, a lot of black slopes and doubles diamonds, definitely for more experienced riders. Good snow quality and a fun place to be, a lot of restaurants around, its like a small town around the mountain
