Awesome resort. Drive in- drive out but the nearby Queenstown and Wanaka are both full of bars and nightlife. No trees. World class terrain park. Everyone is very friendly and happy to be there. Overall a great experience, very different from skiing in Europe (in a good way!). Take me back

10/10 facility & staff! Would highly recommend coming back every season for a ski pass, great for all different levels of athlete. Bar and restaurant have good treats and cold beer, cant complain!

For a ski resort in New Zealand, it is one of the best! Slightly quieter than the likes of the Remarkables and Coronet Peak. Great ski school for the little ones and a range of different slopes available. Not the best for food up the mountain so come prepared with food for the day if you need!

Beautiful views of the Southern alpha. Family friendly. Captions basson is normal a little quieter and has more of a remote feeling but still within the resort area also has a cafe has a cafe so you don't have to make it all the way back to the main hub for lunch.
