Travelled here with friends for a ski holiday and really enjoyed the place as a whole. The ski parks are a highlight for me with options for every ability in Livigno. Think there could be better options for some lower abilities as the bottom of the mountains can be limited for newer skiers

My first time ever going to livingo, Italy was in 2017 where i had a ski-school to teach me how to get the basics down, it was perfect as they taught me the fundamentals of snow-plow and got some progress with parallel skiing. The food was 10/10 and it was the best time of my life. As of recent years I have started to use the ski parks more, also pretty decent, 8/10, and I had an awesome private instructor called Luca to teach me basic tricks, like the Japan grab, or spins like 180 / 360, the whole area has had some new renovations in late years, it is now easy to access everything and has a nice modern feel when your taking the gondola. I fully recommend trying this place out, there usually pretty good snowfall too

Livigno is a hidden gem. It's a duty free area so food and drink are cheap. Staying there is cheap but it's at a high altitude so you're guaranteed snow. Tons of cheap places to eat out and loads of bars and clubs. Only downside is it takes a while to get there, but it's worth it. Slopes are wide and flowing.

A great place to take the family with something for everyone and plenty of slope side bars to grab a bite and a beer.

This is in my opinion the best value for money ski resort. If required its very easy to go on a budget. Breakfast and lunch for 2 can be less than 40 euros with drinks.
Ski quality is high with very good affordable options for ski hire.
Ski pass is not expensive.
The park options here are great and a fantastic area dedicated to ski schools.
Not just 1 main lift which allows you to be close to lift no matter where you stay, this also reduces ques on the lifts.

Very friendly, low cost and great skiing. The best slopes and queue efficiency is on Mottolino however the best off piste and wooded slopes are on the ski school mountain. Very clean and really new lifts and gondolas. Amazing nightlife and apres skis. Getting around is very easy as buses are free and efficient. And the whole town is duty free so insane prices for alcohol

A very attractive location for sporty people, young and looking for fun. Slopes are often so crowded that you can''t really ski. What's lost, a real mountain feeling among a bunch of fast entertainment, food and shopping opportunities such as in the center of a big city, like Milan. So, if your looking for a real alpine experience, you'd better to search elsewhere.

this is the best ski town we have ever seen. Great food Great people. You can ski the hole place in a day but you will miss the good bits. We just love it. Maybe i should be saying it's rubbish to keep everyone else away. Its a bit of a trip to get there but you will love it. ️

Wow, what to day about Livigno...ski schools are very good especially for children. The instructors are very child friendly. The snow this year l2024) was great AlL runs and chairlifts were open for the whole of our stay. (Late March) plenty of places to eat and drink and the apres ski is very good. Dki passes are as cheap as France but not overly ezpensive. Ski hire is on par with most resorts. The resort itself is Duty Free, which means if you like to buy alcohol, from the supermarkets, it's very very cheap.

Cons, relatively long transfer from Innsbruck Austria approximately 3 1/2 hours,
Pros, Great family atmosphere, Fantastic for beginners And intermediate with wide groomed slopes on both sides of the valley, plenty of bars and restaurants on the mountain Live music every day, Excellent Lyft network from various points along the valley. Fabulous choice of hotels to suit everyone and budget, The high altitude of the resort almost guarantees snow shore skiing from November to May . Amazing !!!
