Such friendly and professional advice / help from hiring ski equipment (no amount of “these boots are not comfortable, can I try another pair” was a problem. 5 boots alter - perfect..
friendly lift attendants and super staff at the various maintain cafes we costed.
Coffees about £3.. crepes about 7.. a little more expensive to eat in the town itself but not as expensive as France..
The runs in late March were very quiet .. great snow and no crowds ♥️

Great backcountry, but definitely hire a Mountain Guide for your first outing. Very reasonable cost €550/day for 4 guests.

Even though the apre ski was almost nonexistent, the on piece dining options were exceptional. The mountain is huge with excellent groomed, runs and plenty of off-piste opportunities.

Great intermediate+ resort. Not the biggest, but excellent selection of red runs, a few decent blacks and outstanding back country skiing. Absolute winner for good skiers who enjoy a leisurely lunch - seriously, not better resort for mountain eats.

The conditions were quite difficult with heavy snow and wind apart from one sunny day so skiing was ok but quite tricky for the beginners with us.
Great resort for a weekend if you’re experienced. Harder for beginners due to proximity of easy runs

I have been to many resorts over the years, many across Europe and one in America and - Courmayeur is up there for me. Small enough to get around it all, great runs, great food and drink s on the mountain and in the town and, the weather was perfect when I was there, which always helps!

Good resort, however rather small - so can be completed rather quickly. Very quiet aprés and on mountain aprés bar was empty. All in all a quiet family resort with good food.

Fairly up market resort. Very quiet in town. A few nice places to eat and good prices. Hotels from budget to high end. A friendly resort for those seeking a quieter time. Easy access to the slopes from the the main town or from the other side of the river in Dolonne. Hire shops in town or the top of the cable car with storage. Slopes quite mid week a bit busier at the weekend with locals. For those seeking more adventure you can ski the nearby La Thuile and if conditions allow head up the Skyway to Monte Bianco and ski off piste down the Valle Blanc ( get a guide for this for safety)

Pretty town with good options for apres ski, eating out, shopping.

Went in a week of glorious weather following heavy snow. Smallish but fun resort. Group of dads, snowboarding and skiinh. Some great runs. Off piste tricky due to conditions. Snowpark so so. Stayed in the old town about a 15 minute walk to gondola. Beatiful cozy apprtment. Didnt eat out a lot but good when we did. Really enjoyed and would go back.

We had amazing time. Ski conditions were good 5/6 days of great skiing! Our accommodation were spectacular. Food was amazing and plentiful. Such a chique place and will definitely be returning.

Courmayuer is fantastic ski area for intermediate to advanced skiers and boarders alike. While there are limited slopes for beginners, I would definitely look elsewhere for your first experience on snow. The town has also changed a lot over the years and has become incredibly expensive with the arrival of brands like Moncler, LV and Gucci etc. The gelatoria at the end of Via Roma is an absolute winner though.

Clean. Efficient. Friendly. Came in early March snow soft yy midday but fun. I'd come again.

Lifts Efficient. For a day off take the skyway up Mont Blanc or away days at the neighbouring resorts.

The resort is pretty and alpine. Views of Mont Blanc stand out. You cover most marked runs within 3 days then repetition starts after that. Snow conditions are great. Slopes are often quiet outside weekends and queue times stay short. Runs suit intermediates and above (it is not a good resort for beginner skiers). Food on the mountain stands out, do recommend stopping for a hot chocolate on the slopes.

This place was such a fun adventure in so many ways! Some of the terrain reminded me of Arapahoe Basin in CO, where I kept doing hot laps in untouched powder, similar to the East Wall. Super G was a super fun ski après on the side of the mountain. Amazing experience!

Courmayeur is a great ski resort for those looking to ski for a single day or have a healthy balance of skiing and apres-ski. The mountain is incredibly convenient from the beautiful town at the base, and the food and apres scene on the mountain itself is incredible. There are also excellent views from all sides of the resort. The only drawback is that the resort's size is a bit more limited than nearby resorts, so those on an extended stay should anticipate skiing elsewhere for at least part of the time.
