I recently spent a weekend at Horseshoe Valley Resort in Ontario, Canada, and I'm excited to share my experience as a snowboarder. Here's a brief rundown: Terrain: Horseshoe Valley has a decent variety of trails, with something for every skill level. The resort boasts 25 trails, including 5 glades and 2 terrain parks. Snow Conditions:The snow was generally good, with some areas being a bit icy. However, the resort's snowmaking capabilities helped to keep the trails in decent shape. Lifts: The lifts were efficient, with a few high-speed quads to get you up the mountain quickly. Food and Drink: The food at the resort was decent, but nothing special. I recommend bringing your own snacks and water to keep you fueled throughout the day. Pros: -Decent variety of trails for all skill levels -Good snowmaking capabilities -Efficient lifts Cons: -Some trails can be a bit icy -Limited dining options Overall: Horseshoe Valley Resort is a solid choice for snowboarders in Ontario. While it may not be the most exciting resort, it's a great option for those looking for a convenient and affordable ski day.

Hill does not have a great early season but later into the season the skiing gets good. Lifts are decent. Try the food trucks in the parking lot

Growing up in Ontario I never really had that many options for skiing but Horseshoe was always within driving distance. Its not the biggest with usually long lift lines. overpriced lodge food like always. I ski park and the terrain park is almost always pristine with great variety of features. I would say Horseshoe Resort Is a great family ski destination for families with smaller children getting into skiing, but also a great resort for experienced park skiers looking to hone their skills.

Horseshoe Valley Resort is a great spot for outdoor fun year-round. The skiing and snowboarding trails are well-maintained, and theres a good variety for beginners and advanced riders. In the summer, the hiking and biking trails are beautiful, and the scenery is amazing. The accommodations are cozy, and the staff is friendly, but some areas could use a bit of updating. Overall, its a solid getaway for adventure lovers.

Great set up for kids/ beginners. Took my kids here and they loved the fact that there was a chair lift for the kids hill, which allowed them to get use to it before the bigger runs.

It's a bit of a small hill compared to the other ones I've been to, but definitely worthwhile for some fun and easy hills. Accommodations are also pretty good aside from poor wifi in the building I was lodged in. Also, the skating rink is very poorly maintained if you're interested in that.

Great hill lots of fun, terrain park is well maintained with creative features. Stayed at the park most the time and great booters with well spaced creative features.
