If your into park riding, you should go to grouse. They have a great park. And the view is stunning over the city and ocean. There is a cafe and restaurant and lots of things to do, even if you're not skiing. Snowshoeing, ice skating, sliding zone. Very family-friendly. Not the best powder resort, as the snow is mostly heavy and wet there (low altitude, close to the ocean) overall worth a trip, even if you just go there for the stunning view!

Grouse Mountain is a perfect place for a day of skiing if you are visiting Vancouver. It offers amazing city views and ice skating also. The night skiing is particularly fun for the view of the city and not to mention ocean views. Its an easy trek into the city core and plenty of transportation provided.

Been skiing here for years. It's a great local ski mountain that's close to my home. Seasons passes are absolutely worth the money. Great ski school for everyone. Can get very crowded on weekends but weekday skiing is awesome. Food is expensive with not so many healthy choices so bring something.

The view of Vancouver can't be beat. Back runs are fantastic black runs. Very crowded on the weekend. Food is over priced. Great family mountain and very affordable early seasons passes.

A cheap and cheerful local mountain with stunning views. The amenities are basic but it's easy to get to and the natural surroundings and mountain views are beautiful.

Can be very busy during school holidays/weekends, but night skiing most evenings (especially weeknights) can be great. Lap after lap with great city views.

Grouse is one of a few local mountains to ski really close to Vancouver. It's convenient to get to and on a snow day, the conditions are pretty good.

This mountain offers great views of downtown vancouver, day and especially night time! It is more often than not clear. Food is expensive but very good. Dont come here if you love tree runs, youll probably get more of those at cypress.
