Jackson Hole resort is great when there is lots of powder. Surprised at the lack of grooming at this resort. Runs can get icy from lack of grooming. The tram to the top is SUPER inefficient. Can take an hour or more just to ride to the top. And the terrain at the top is not really that great.Lodging options in Teton village are super expensive. And the shuttle from resort back to town can take > half an hour at peak times. The best thing about Jackson Hole are the nightlife options in town. Million dollar cowboy bar is super fun. Recommend stay in town for better nightlife and more reasonable accommodations.

I loved Jackson Hole! Went in early January 2024 and there wasnt much snow but they still opened as much of the mountain as possible and ran the mountain as efficiently as possible. I took two days of semi-private lessons with Tyler and he was awesome, made me feel so confident in my technique and helped me improve so much.

Jackson Hole is a steep resort with a variety of terrain offering something for every type of skier. Not only are the views incredible, there are hardly any lift lines and the runs are pretty long making the lift ticket completely worth the cost! The village at the base called Teton Village has a lot of great restaurants, shops, and lodging (although expensive). Jackson Hole is really the perfect place whether youre intermediate or going off-piste, and the steepness will definitely challenge and improve your skills. Theres a reason it has such a great reputation!

OH MAN! My favorite resort Ive been to yet! Ive done two trips there and its my retirement plan to live there lol! As a snowboarder I really appreciate how STEEP everything is. Theres only two flat areas where you need to keep your speed up that I can think of (bottom of rendezvous bowl and at the very bottom theres one connecting run where you dont even need a lot is speed you just wont get going again from a full stop unless you do the shuffle, oh and one more kind of like that on the teewinot side but none of them are that bad, the rendezvous bowl bottom part is the only one where you really need to keep your speed up.), everything else is so so fun and fast. Ive never had as much fun at a resort as Ive had at Jackson (well, mammoth maybe but only because I go there all the damn time).

I rated the terrain park lower only because there really arent that many terrain parks to speak of. The two that come to mind that Ive been through were totally fun and fine but if youre a park rat expecting a huge park this might not be the spot for you. Honestly, if youre coming to Jackson Hole for the terrain parks youre going for the wrong reason, but if you go through one on your way to the bottom youll still have a good time. Im also not much of a park rider so take my terrain park reviews with a grain of salt.

TLDR, Jackson Hole is a damn good time, highly recommend it. Its steep as hell, so dont let your ego take over, stay in control, stay safe, and youll have the most fun youve had in a long time!

Jackson Hole has great lift-served terrain and fun side country. Ski school instructors are very good. Overall prices continue to increase drastically and make it hard to have an affordable vacation here.

An enjoyable resort for beginners, with a speedy lift and just enough people around to feel safe while keeping some room for mistakes. If you're a pro, you'll likely enjoy their slalom and certainly the responsive and accomodating staff.

Jackson Hole is one of the best mountains in the USA. it has great terrain, but likely only intermediate to expert level skiers will enjoy most of the mountain as the terrain can be very difficult.

The snow quality is unmatched. The powder is fluffy and so fun to shred through. The runs are long and steep which gives your legs a workout but a ton of fun.

It's been getting more crowded now, but it's more controlled than other resorts (e.g Vail)

Ive skied at 24 resorts this year and Jackson Hole has by far been my favorite. It has a wide variety of runs; from the steep terrain, glade runs, moguls, park, wide open runs, to some easier greens it has something for everyone. It is challenging enough to leave even the best of skiers and boarders satisfied with their day. It also has some of the most incredible views. Jackson Hole is somewhere you cannot miss. The restaurants and shopping is pretty typical of most ski resorts and lodging can be tough to find if youre looking for something long term.

I loved this resort and will go back! Every day theres a brief mountain tour for intermediate skiers. The food is great and overall ambiance is awesome

When I realized skiing had saved me in sobriety, I booked a trip to JH to see a friend from high school and fell in love with the Tetons: Jackson Hole is the best resort in the states in my opinion, and theres no better place to ski anything you could dream of wanting to do. I now go for a week every year and wont ever stop!

Quality snow/superb terrain /excellent back country access. Town of Jackson is a gem. A bit pricey.

Visibility and snow were not good during this visit. Lots of ice and scratchy snow. Not much groomed.

Ive skied here for 11 years amazing wide runs. Something for everyone boarders and skiers from flying through the tree runs going off piste to the well groomed wide open runs. Easy access from local hotels with regular buses or plenty of parking if driving. No queuing for the lifts and little Que for the tram but worth the rides as the views are so beautiful.

This is my first year working at the resort as well as my first time visiting the resort. As someone with fresh eyes and experience skiing all over the world I continue to be impressed by Jackson hole. The resort's employees contribute to its welcoming atmosphere, creating an awesome community feel. Safety is a top priority here, ensuring that both beginners and seasoned skiers can enjoy their time on the mountain with peace of mind. The small-town charm further enhances the overall experience, making Jackson Hole Mountain Resort a standout destination for all winter mountain sports enthusiasts.
