This is an amazing place to ski with very family friendly choosing many different types of runs. They have very good bunny slopes, and also have extremely hard runs with double black diamond ones.

I have a season pass to Sundance and it's a great place for family and friends to go and have a chill fun day and theirs also lots of other harder trails for more experienced people but I would recommend bringing food because the food their is extremely expensive and not big servings or very good but if it's your first time ever going I would highly recommend Sundance I have been going their for about 4 years now and I personally know the guy that grooms the mountain and I know that he does a very good job with it and all the mountain is clean but if your someone that just likes to do tricks I really enjoy the park here and the jumps that are in the tree runs.

Really good resort but honestly pretty busy, the back mountain is the best part about it and often times you can get somewhat lost. Not that great of snow since it is pretty low compared to other Utah resorts but it does the job. The resort is a pretty good size but in all honesty I think it is overhyped mainly because of the name. There snow is also kind of sticky which I cant tell if its my skis that are terrible or if its something to do with the snow but either way thats not good.

definitely a good place to learn and ride all types of terrain some pros are the variety and super steep/ fast drums or easy more slower runs its very organized and super fun lines if you know where to go some cons would be late start early end due to lower elevation and not as good of snow (for utah) and some more pros would be its a very friendly area and community and the food is amazing with several options to choose from i would totally recommend it for all types of skiers or boarders and it has decently priced passes and lift tickets but that might change since there will be terrain expansion which is gonna make this one of the best resorts ever hopefully 8.5/10

Ive been to Sundance a handful of times and am I nightski pass holder. Although its not as large as the other resorts in the area I think its a great bang for your buck and you mostly beat the traffic, especially for night skiing. The park is fairly small but the rest of the resort is perfect size in my option. The groomed terrain is awesome and there are some options for tree runs. The resort itself isnt very beginner friendly due to how steep the runs are but thats just my opinion when I was starting out, if you have 1-2 trips under your belt youd be fine. All in all, I love the resort. Awesome views and skiing

I gre up snowboarding at this resort. It is where I learned to ride. I recommend everybody goes there at least once especially with all the new renovations they are doing. It is only getting better.

Sundance is the gem of Utah for people who want short or no lines, great food, friendly staff and patrons and the chance to ski the whole mountain in one day. It has epic views from the summits and has terrain for all types of skiers and skill levels. There is plenty of groomed blues, more difficult blacks and exciting lines to find under the lifts and through the trees. Front mountain is for the beginners and should stay there as there is enough for them to ride, but intermediate to expert will enjoy the back. The lifts are fairly slow compared to other large resorts, but not waiting in lines makes up for it. Parking is pretty simple and you can park within 100 yards of Jakes lift to start your day.

I have skied 3-4 days at Sundance in varying conditions and it is such a fun yet still somewhat local resort to Utah county. Although its snow accumulation is lower than its competitors the local feel mixed with shorter lift lines and incredible views of mount timpanogos as well as solid difficult terrain in the back bowl areas. All around a fun resort. Sometimes can be Icey when it hasnt had much snow but normally the wind is minimal because of the surrounding peaks.

Sundance is honestly my favorite resort to ski at. It has a long season for its elevation it has a wide variety in terrain for only having around 70 runs the food there is fantastic and its never too busy for the locals. Being only an hour away from the slc airport it brings a homey small town feel to the slopes and on a good powder day you can ride on fresh pow the whole day!
