Favorite mountain. We spend a total of 3 weeks there every year. Long season into late May. Good variety of runs on and off piste. Grooming is very good. Doesn't get too crowded

I have skied 62 years and never was hit or hit anyone! Fourth run of the first day some drunk stoned idiot hit me on an open piste that you could see for hundreds of yards and cleaned my clock! Other than that you have to stay in Bend and there is no night life at the ski area. Skiing was great lots of snow ! Mid week is awesome skiing there!

Mt. Batchlor was awesome! We had bluebird days for the most part. One day wind gust up to 65 mph, and they closed lifts to the top. Beautiful scenery and great skiing! Avalanche control was out on the backside almost everyday. Huge areas to find fresh and groomers were awesome for that end of the day ride! No lodging at mountain you have to stay in and around Bend. Lodges were very big and very accommodating! Busy weekends but midweek you really own the place. Lifts were great! Lines moved quickly! We will go back!!!!
