Red River Ski Area is one of the best kept secrets of Northern New Mexico. Hands down the best Terrain Parks in the state and probably the most family oriented resort I've ever been to. Very quiet on weekdays and non holidays, super small town feel with several local legends (including the owner Linton) who make many appearances almost on the daily. With reasonably priced beer, lift tickets and Torchlight celebrations every Saturday, how could you go wrong!?

We love the town of Red River! The skiing may not be as great as the big Colorado resorts, but the charm of the town and the proximity to everything cant be beat! Snow is best late January through early March.
