Small mountain close to the city of Boston. Good park and groomed runs. Basically no tree runs though.

The slopes were few but they were not crowded, even after buses started dropping off the local school ski clubs. I was greeted by two of the three owners, which really made my day. The biggest thing I wanted to say about Wachusett is that the snowmaking is incredible. Ive been fortunate enough to have skied in several countries and Ive never experienced such a close resemblance to
natural snow as I have here. I dont know if its the geography or climate or that the snow makers have it down pat,but kudos to you

I absolutely love going to wachusstts. Our family has loved Wachusett for years, best place to learn to ski, big mountain feel so close to home but we recently purchased new ski boots and can't say enough about the experience. Mike and Sandy were super knowledgeable and fitted 3 of us up with really comfortable boots at very reasonable price.

Good local mountain for beginners/intermediate skiers or those looking to spend time with friends. Groomed runs were adequate, mostly artificial heavy snow. No major mogul fields, and unfortunately tree skiing is prohibited, which is a bummer for those who enjoy fresh tracks. Lift lines were manageable for most point in the day. Lodge is enjoyable, with plenty of outdoor seating, and close to the lifts.

I just started going to wachusett a year ago. It is a great mountain to get better on they have a good transition from greens to blues to blacks and have a fun terrain park. Everyone is super nice and friendly and Id recommend going. Although it is a smaller mountain it is a ton of fun!
