The altitude is not particularly high so consistently good snow is tricky outside of the peak season (mid February) but when the snow is good and all of the pistes are open, it’s wonderful skiing both on and off piste. There are challenging areas and beginner areas. It’s a great place to go for all mountain skiing as the options for both on and off piste are great and you can transition between them fairly seamlessly. It’s also comparatively quiet compared to better known resorts.
