Aletsch Arena Ski Resort, Switzerland

Great place and ski resort with great views and plenty of well maintained pists. Highly recommendable.

Alpach is a quiet resort - less touristy than most other Austrian resorts. The skiing is good but after 3 days you’re repeating the same slopes. Is much more suitable to beginners/intermediates as opposed to advanced skiers. There is only one apre bar at the bottom of the mountain and a few dotted around the village. Suitable for family trips but not the best for a group of friends (unless you want a more laid back time).

Absolutely fabulous area served extremely well with lifts . The variety of runs is awesome ,suiting all levels of skiers . You can ski the seven peaks & experience all areas , wonderful runs . The scenery is outstanding whether it be through trees or from the top of the mountain Restaurants serve wholesome food , with very reasonable prices it beats USA & New Zealand hands down ! Simply the best resort ever, for the variety & standard , the runs are kept too is exemplary . The Austrians super helpful & friendly . I cannot recommend it enough . Also served with great apres ski not found in other countries Go & experience the area you will certainly be back ! Thankyou Austria!
