Recent Reviews

Excellent grooming and advanced piste skiing, with consistently good snow for most of the season owing to cold temperatures; but lacks for off piste opportunities. Ski school was great when I first visited, although it since has changed management and the standard has dropped a bit.

Traffic is very low during most weeks (although avoid week 7..) so much quieter than central European resorts.

Visited Kvitfjell in December 25. Had a lovely time there despite minimal slopes being open due to it being early season. Super quiet slopes, absolutely zero lift queues so no time was wasted waiting around. Had great conditions and loads of snow. Great resort for families and those not seeking a lively apres scene.

Great quiet family focussed ski resort, but with a bit of tree off piste, and one main FIS run down to base station that can get your thighs burning. Will take my granddaughter there in 2 years. Lovely people.
