Great place to start and just get better.
Spent my first day struggling, but with a great instructor I just improved every day.
By the end of the week I was very confident on some decent blue runs and probably ready for a red or two, but I just wanted to enjoy my last day.
The runs were well kept, especially as it was towards the last couple of weeks of the season.
The chair lifts were well kept and the guys controlling them were happy to slow them down for beginners to get off a bit easier.
Lovely food in the area, and decent beer at tidy prices.
The people were very friendly and did appreciate my attempt at some very basic Italian.
I would highly recommend this area. Some of the more experienced skiers that went with me said the red runs were really good

Folgarida is the hidden gem of the Dollies. Locals only vibe with such an hospitality and international attitude. One of the great ski areas of the alps, great restaurants and authentic culture.

Folgarida is a lovely resort. There is a wide range of pistes available for all abilities. The lifts are great but do get busy during school holidays. There is plenty of delicious food options on the slopes at each main lift. I have been for the last 10 years and I absolutely love it. I have also got an extended pass to ski to Madonna too which was fab!

The ski resort is wonderful, especially for young families and not pretentious at all. The food is amazing and the pistes are well groomed.
