Gudauri is a smallish but incredible result. Located just a few hours from Tbilisi, with a huge range of accommodation, food and drink options. Modern lifts mean you never have much of a wait, even on weekends when locals come out to play.

60 or so KM of slopes are well tended, with the highlight being the Kobi run. Most slopes are blue, but vary from easy to what many would consider red difficulty.

Pricing is fantastic, with lift passes under £20 a day, and the same for rentals, accommodation can be as little as £30 a night for a hotel and £200 a week for a full apartment. 4 and 5 start spa hotels are also available from £100 upwards per night on the slopes.

Not enough was open in December but otherwise looked like a good resort. Recommend going in Jan earliest

Really decent powder, got lucky with a fresh dump. Fairly small resort but enough runs to keep entertained for 2 days. Ski town is undergoing a lot of renovation and imagine the amenities will be fantastic in a year or two.

Great resort if you value great runs, amazing views ad cheap food/accommodation. Quality of service could suffer, but when you save money  it doesn't matter, overall it's the best bang for your buck. Oh and did I mention the views? Insane beauty.

Gudauri is one of the best ski resorts, that is still not over priced or over crowded. Set in the beautiful caucus mountains, it's easy to get to from the capital city. Great accommodation and restaurant with the best cuisine in the world! I have been 5 times and the snow has always been great!

If you love high altitude, this is the place. The views are stunning, snow could be running for days and the amazing food is cheap as free snow.
Infrastructure could be slightly better, but hey, theres always something to sacrifice.

Gudauri Ski Resort is an absolute gem for skiing enthusiasts! Nestled in the breathtaking Caucasus Mountains of Georgia, it offers stunning views and a fantastic range of slopes for all skill levels. The powder snow is incredibly reliable, making it a perfect destination for both beginners and advanced skiers alike.

The resort boasts modern facilities, including well-maintained lifts and cozy lodges that provide a warm respite after a day on the slopes. The vibrant après-ski scene is another highlight, with a variety of restaurants and bars where you can unwind and share stories with fellow skiers.

Overall, Gudauri is not just about skiing; it's about experiencing the beauty of nature and enjoying a lively atmosphere. Whether you're hitting the slopes or relaxing with friends, it's a place that truly captures the spirit of winter sports. Highly recommended!
