Me and my fiancé are from America and we’re staying in Cannes for a vacation with her family. We really wanted to ski while we were in France and found Valberg to only be 2 and a half hours from where we were staying. It was the last weekend that they were open for the season, the snow was still pretty good and it seemed that we were the only ones on the mountain. We never had to wait for a lift. A lot of the people we were with were beginners and they were able to traverse the mountain easily. Most of the restaurants and stores had already closed for the season, but we were still able to find a few places that were able to get some drinks and some food. I would absolutely recommend for family’s and beginners.

Valberg is a good resort in general, perfect spot for families and beginners. I would only add more toilets and better apres ski options.
