I love La Mongie. It's quiet and the Pyrenees are beautiful and so much less busy than the alps. Super little restaurants which are reasonably priced for apres ski.
More of a ski resort than snowboard as some connections require a bit of skating/pole action and maybe a bit limited for super advanced skiers but for a long weekend is perfect

We really enjoyed visiting La Mongie. We stayed with friends in the valley and drove up each day. Parking was well organised and easy. The slopes were fairly quiet and lift queues werent too long. Plenty of opportunities to visit different slopes as well as crossing over to the Bareges side of the mountain.
We had fantastic weather and some bluebird days that really made it!

Great ski resort!
Lots of options on ski posts , the most popular chair lift is kinda slow.gets crowded on weekends . And parking lots get full ( weekends )
Plenty options on ski rentals.
