We stayed in a catered chalet and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We even bumped into them one day on the slopes on their day off. They took us down a few runs. All the bars and things were lively and good atmosphere

Great variety of runs for all abilities within our party. Very well maintained for the majority however extremely busy at times, somewhat almost congested mid morning at the Meribel/Courchevel 1850 connection. Great links via Vertical Xperience/Saulire Express to other resorts like Val Thorens and Meribel. Majority of accommodation in 1850 is ski-in-ski-out thankfully. Jump Parks and Tree Runs are standout at this resort.

Socialising and eating is pricey. You absolutely need a concierge or connections to attend most “famous” eateries etc (Bagatelle, Cap Horn, Chalet De Pierres, Le Ferme Saint Amour, Baies, Beefbar) or a booking well in advance. No issue with getting into Folie whatsoever however for the first time they had started checking ID?? Just a prewarning as I know many people wouldn’t think to bring it on the slopes.

Only negative is there are a lot of foot passengers who clog up the lifts, eateries and clubs to come and shop in 1850 at the boutiques. If you have low tolerance for influencers I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They are everywhere and will stop and take content at any given opportunity. They lack spacial awareness also, so don’t be surprised if you’re skiing and they suddenly appear in a bikini and Moonboots in the middle of a run with a professional photographer in tow.

Fantastic skiing across the three valleys. Lifts were quiet and efficient. Resort was easily accessible and regular buses through 1650 to 1850

We stayed in Courchevel 1650 which is lovely but it's so expensive everywhere especially the lift pass.

A time was had during my 2017 ski trip to courchevel. I’m still dreaming of the French onion soup with a pinot and the dancers at la folie douce prrrr. Can’t wait to go back!

Very Expensive resort but has a great connection to one of the world's largest ski resorts, high upper market resort alot of show aspect and for the rich rich
Skiing has plenty of runs and a good variety.

Great ski area. We have been coming for years. It is getting more expensive as people move from 1850 to 1650 but it still has some good bars snd excellent restaurants. The Bel Air is always a great place for lunch with excellent views and omelette Savoyard. Enjoy!!!

The resort was great for our trip. Lift efficiency and a lot of options for different place to from there made it one of the best trips. As well as the apres and many fine places to eat.
I don’t have a bad word to say about our trip!

Impossible not to love Courchevel. With a 3 Vallées pass, you can ski a different area every single day - it’s truly endless. The après-ski is fantastic, and while it can be very expensive, if you go where the seasonaires go, it’s actually much more affordable.

Easily one of the best places in the world.

It was my first time skiing in over 10 years and it was a great reintroduction. The resort was very beautiful and had very friendly people that were willing to help with anything that I asked for, Even when I accidentally got stuck at the top of the mountain and the gondola had closed, they were kind enough to reopen it for me so I wouldn’t have to go down to red as I was too inexperienced. The food options were quite reasonable for ski resort in my opinion and varied in prices, depending on the location. The accommodation options just outside courchevel were very reasonably priced and very nice. Everything was also easy to understand and well marked for non-French speakers.

Such a great resort the amount of runs and different areas to ski is incredible. Been going for over 20 years and still find new runs to do every year. Amazing to see outdated lifts getting upgraded and the money put into the area used to improve!

Ideal for families and mixed level skiers. Great restaurants and cafes. Would recommend ski school instructors. Perfect slopes and well groomed.

Courchevel has lovely slopes however it is quite busy with beginner level skiers and the town is very expensive

Absolute luxury at Courchevel. Jet comparing to my home resort of Whistler- mostly the on mountain dining options. So many options! And incredible food. The on piste groomers where out of this world

Spent a week in la Tania, lovely place. Good options and had a very good nursery slope. Not too busy, had a good corner shop in the town.

Great access to 3 valleys. Lower runs lack snow in April.
Courchevel has great eating options, ski hire and supermarket.

Courcheval is a quieter resort, so great for families and couples. The skiing in Courcheval was absolutely brilliant, the runs were easy to ski, well maintained and easy to follow. There are plenty of options for where to go with the 3 valleys lift pass and there were lots of options for apres ski and food. We definitely want to go back.

Courchevel is apart of the wider Les 3 Vallées resort conglomerate. Courchevel has what I’d consider the most mellow of runs out of all villages and the most novice skiers.

You’ve likely seen the village online and it is known for its luxury options. That said restaurants on the actual mountain tend to fly more on the instagram forward visuals and high prices rather than attracting people with their quality food.

For most skiers I’d recommend exploring the other villages which are connected by the lifts. Val thorens and Meribel are exceptionally fun. The mountain between Courchevel and Meribel often have the most sun leading to the best snow.

Perfect place for intermediate skiers to develop their skills. Apres is unmatched here.
Accommodation can be expensive but you totally get what you pay for.

The resort has a great energy and is extremely well kept. The runs are maintained really well and there is a great mixture of runs to accommodate all levels.
