Super runs and varied. Everyone in resort was very helpful and friendly. You can access the whole evasion area but on foot a bit tricky as you need to get buses. Once you’ve worked them out it’s very straightforward. Good area to have a car in if you really want to explore. Lifts are great and it’s very organised. Lots of good reds. Some are virtually blacks and the blues are quite gnarly too! The evasion pass is worth getting just to experience other areas like Megeve and St Gervais. All round good place to go!

Combloux is a beautiful French village in the Alps and the resort is really nice. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking, with slopes nestled in pine forests. You will ski in direct view of the Mont-Blanc!
Combloux is absolutely perfect for family vacations with ski school in the morning, an excellent ski school and multilingual ski teachers. You will love the easiness of some slopes, really enjoyable when you have kids. However, if you are looking for sensations, it is not the best, except maybe one black (Aigle) which is quite difficult. The resort is very family friendly and you will be better suited for the Chamonix resort a few kms away!
In any case, I still highly recommend Combloux, for the scenery and sheer enjoyment of the slopes, you will have an excellent time!

Combloux was our chosen resort when are boys had learned to walk. Obviously skiing was the next step!
Combloux is a hidden gem. Just off the main A40 towards chamonix - taking no more than an hour from Geneva airport.
V quiet through the week but busier with many (supposedly) locals at the weekend.
Beautiful tree lined slopes, and great facilities for families - the perfect place for a family with young children.
The views of Mont Blanc are stunning.
There is also the option to take a few lifts to get you to more advanced & off-piste terrain in Le Jaillet.
Also the option to buy a ported du Mont-Blanc ski pass which will open up the possibility to ski the swanky area of Megeve - but to be honest, theres no need. The après ski is almost non existent, but a drive over to the v expensive Megeve to occasionally see the Uber wealthy in their fur coats (men included!) is worth it.
Combloux is a great resort, good skiing and great for young families.
