Very quiet resort, Limited runs, 2 main lifts to top of hill on one side of valley and 1 lift to top of other hill on other side of valley. Ski us not as frequent as some resorts. Prices of lift pass etc just as expensive as any large resort. Supposed to be prettiest village in Austria, but they mean the outer area of green hillsides, yes green, there is hardly any snow. I would not visit here again.

My second visit here and probably not my last. The slopes were surprisingly quiet and people were friendly. My only issue was the meals on the mountain were very delicious however too large a serving. I dont like leaving food. I went earlier this month and had the best of both worlds with snow and powder along with lovely sunny afternoons. Its also very close to Soll, Kitsbuel but for me my money went a lot further.

A friendly, accessible resort catering for all ski levels. The choice of private lessons was great, and my partner took part in ski-school and made significant progress. Alpbach itself is also beautiful.

Recently got back from this resort last week. In general the resort was pretty good with a wide range of different ability slopes for all abilities.

Some benefits were inclusive buses between the gondola stations, it may not seem a big thing but makes it a lot easier if you are wanting to go to the different summits in the resorts.

The ski shops were also the best managed that I've ever seen, automated registration and helpful staff.

Apres ski was good, but seemed to close early but was between xmas and new year. One of the restaurants seemed to be catering for the local village rather than the skiers which I found odd and made it difficult to get a seat.

The actual runs were very good though and well maintained, im a relatively intermediate skier so was happy that they had numerous slopes for my ability.

A lovely traditional Tyrolean village. Very family friendly. Not huge ski area but just enough for for those that aren't looking to put huge kms of runs up.

People are friendly, accommodating. I go back every year

Alpbach is a lovely, family friendly resort. Having visited in the summer and the winter, there is lots to do. There are many different villages to stay at, with many choices of accommodation.

I highly recommend this if you want a picturesque, family friendly resort. Its highly accessible from either Munich or Innsbruck.

It is good value for money but we would not come back there are many much better resorts in Austria. We might have also gotten unlucky with the weather.

The ski jewel area is made up of Niederau Auffach and alpbach all reachable by the regular ski bus making the total area over 100 kilometres
Red blues and odd black also some long cruising pistes. Food and drinks on the slopes are competitively priced. Niederau has some very good hotel and bars overall a good area for families as there are excellent ski schools and hire shops

Two main mountains on either side of Inner Alpbach are the majority of slopes with runs. A good up to date lift service operates throughout giving access to all the blue/red and black runs. All the red runs on one mountain side just seem to merge togather to give one enormously wide red run!
