This is a really good small town ski hill that is good to learn both skiing and snowboarding. It has really good forest trails, the only downside is that it is a small hill but it is good to have fun.

Ive been working at this hill for 7 years now (4 years teaching skiing and 3 years lift ops/mountain ops) and I think Mt Pakenham is amazing for the environment its in, the people who work there, the people who ski there, and the location geographically because theres little to no other options within an hour of where I live. The mountain is technically more of a hill with only around 280 meters of elevation but it allows you to do so many more laps in a day so you dont have to worry about missing out on something. Let alone if you stick around you get to know so many people that are there all the time which is something that youd never get at a bigger Mountain like Tremblant for example.
