You will spend more time getting there and on the chair lift then skiing. Good place to learn and ski if there is no other option. Small local hill. Beautiful in the summer for hikes.

A close to Toronto beginner family area with only 251 vertical but three chair lifts a fantastic ski school and great value for money. A great place to learn how to ski. A great place for seniors to go and get a few runs in every morning, close to home

Great for beginners and closer to the area for first timers before going to nicer resorts. I really enjoyed it as a first time experience.

This is a very small local hill with a few runs. It is a great plane to learn and start. The runs are well maintained, but do not receive a great deal of snow. Its a beginner hill and a little crowded.

I love Glen Edan, I live near it. Its always a great time, going with friends is fun as its not the hardest hill and can be very relaxing. The Terrain park is fun, being not so big they did a really good job, making sure that have a very big different selection of items. Its very family friendly. Ive been here many times as I live pretty close. I would recommend

Super tame hill with limited runs. If its close then its worth it but its definitely nothing special. Better off driving a few extra hours to blue mountain or beaver valley

Glen eden is a wonderful little ski hill. Great time for a quick afternoon ski trip. It is a great place to hang out with friends or to spend a day with the family. The lifts are so quick, you can get all the runs in you need in a short time.

Need more places to stop and eat or grab a drink. Still confused on if you can even get a beer anywhere. Slopes are nice but gets over crowded after 7 pm everyday of the week

Great hill to learn on, not a lot of room for progression. The blacks are nice but the runs are short, lift times are little to none though so you can be at the top of a run and on a lift back up in under 3 minutes.

Glen eden is pretty good. There is no other bills nearby Toronto unless your willing to drive over an hour. Glen eden had a decent amount of runs with a few good black diamond hills(2). They also feature a very good terrain park which grows more and more throughout the season. Making you want to go back again and again. The food is expensive but is really good (15-20$) per mead. Overall for the price point you can really get your value. I would mostly reccomend this hill to beginner/intermediate skiers to get better on or just to have a good time at for a good price

A smaller resort that is very much family friendly. For the location, its good. There are a decent amount of runs with two chairlifts and two carpet lifts. A LOT OF WALKING!! The resort is spread out over a large portion of property with walking being your only option. From the main parking lot, you take an elevator or stairs up to the hill, then you can either walk to the east or west lodge. Neither chalet sells alcohol, and the only food options are quick and not so good. The majority of times, I am unable to find seating in the main chalet that serves food. The lift lines have very long waits in the evenings, its not uncommon to wait 5 minutes to get on (which is a long time for how big the hill is). I also do not recommend going in the evenings because it turns into pure ice, which is no fault of their own, however makes it unenjoyable. I did a private snowboard lesson through their snow school and it was great, their instructors are polite and know how to teach well! Overall, for the location, the resort is good, but a bit of a farther drive will get you a better bang for your buck.
