So youve skied Niseko, even Moiwa, done Furano and now youre in Asahikawa for a bit of chilling in Japans coldest city. Asahidake closed for bad weather, or you cant be bothered queuing for the single ropeway with the dps w******. What to do? Another bowl of ramen and an onsen? No, hop on the bus to Pippu for a fun few hours. Cheap pass, cheap food, a bit or powder and friendly locals.
