I have skid over 20 different resorts across the U.S and this by far is the worst excuse for a ski resort. They advertise 5 lifts and they really only have 2 that actually function. One of the lifts is really nice and new the other goes up a very short trail. If you are a beginner you will love how easy it is to ski hear . However due to broken equipment and huge crowds dont expect to get many runs in. The worst part is they charge full price even though most of the time they only have 1 lift actually running. They close their big lift at 3 pm and it takes you about 30 min just to be trucked over to that lift. The trails there are icy due to low elevation and you would think you were skiing on the east coast. Avoid this place unless you are a beginner.

Half of the lifts dont even work, only one is currently in operations, so you cant even try skiing alot other than the same thing everytime which got really boring after a while. It was cheap but not worth it.

This is definitely a budget mountain. That being said, if youre a brand new skier looking to hone in your skills, and you want to hone in your skills without paying out the wazoo for a lift ticket, this resort would be good for you. Outside of that, its cheap for a reason. You really get what you pay for.

Great family resort. Tons of great terrain with few crowds. Needs better maintenance of runs to ensure good snow conditions. They are a fairly low elevation resort and need to treat it that way

The best things about this place was the cost of the ticket...$40! Especially if you book it online a few days in advance. Apart from being able to get a parking place and it's quaint feel the rest was appalling! The only groomed run was the green at the base. I needed a massage and a chiropractor treating me for two solid weeks due to the pain of riding the green catrack between mountains in a snowplow as the trail was corduroy and ungroomed. Everything was ungroomed. The mogul field was an icy death trap covered in tempting powder but painful to battle through. They had two snowplow one was out of action. This was last year. The day before they lost all power to the chairlift and everyone on there had to be rescued. It has one decent new chairlift but all the trails except the catrack were mainly closed.

It is definitely one of the smaller resorts of the area but does the job. Not much options to go off trail or tree hunting. but excels in the groomed runs. The lifts are a bit dated and can run slow at times. The resort is also fairly cheap, attracting a decent amount of people. Since it is more of a beginner resort, it is a great place to learn.

I love the vibe of this resort. The snow is probably the worst quality for central utah, but as someone who grew up in the east coast I think the snow is still good. This is my very favorite place to bring new skiers/riders because its very relaxed and fun. The food at the lodge is good and cheap, lift tickets are cheap, and Ive never seen long lines at the lifts. This is not where to go as an advanced skier looking for really gnarly lines, but it is the best place to go if youre looking for a great place to have fun with friends who may not all be ski bums. This is the best ski resort in utah for having a relaxed day with friends or family without spending hundreds of dollars on lift tickets.
