Terry peak is a great small resort, especially for locals. Ive been skiing it for almost 30 years. The groomers are pretty good but can get icy. There is limited difficult and technical terrain but it has a little something to offer everyone. Intermediate skiers have plenty to do. 2 high speed lifts run all season and a 3rd operates when theres enough snow. Theres also a magic carpet and older lift on the beginner run. Being the only resort around, lift lines can get long but weekdays are almost always good.
Staff and the ski school are great. The 2 restaurants and bars can also get rather busy. All together an enjoyable experience.

Amazing ski resort for the Midwest the location is nice with a 1200foot vertical for the Midwest and decent snowfall holy terror and little hope are great ungroomed runs and they have great options for most skiers only thing they lack is really steep skiing and what they have for steep skiing always has a lot of chunky ice.
