This is a great place to go and ski for a day late. There's a variety of runs that vary in difficulty. The Terrain Park and backcountry isn't great.

In terms of the area it's very conveniently located, however you'll struggle to find a good time to go considering the snowfall has been sporadic of late. When it does snow due to the conditions in the area it's always icy (better than some east coast slopes, never compares to the west)

Its a great resort for people of all skill levels. Its a local hill and the lifts move at a good pace. Not very crowded and good hills for beginners. A bit pricey for the type of hill that it is but other than price it is really quite nice.

Went to this hill on many day offs from work or school. Really great hill for south michigan where the weather conditions arent always the best. The staff have always been super pleasant and helpful to me. Really enjoyed the little lodge/food area. Very cozy.

For southern Michigan it's just about as good as you're going to get. The price is a little steep, at least for a half day ticket, for what you get but given that there aren't many options it's my go to for resorts within an hour of Windsor.
The lifts aren't too busy especially if you ride the south side of the hill. It's a small hill but it's fun.

About as good as it gets in the area. Decent ski school for beginners. Also has a nice bunny slope with a magic carpet and rope tow. Runs are short and nothing super technical.

This is a great place for beginners to start out at or for people that have not boarded outside of the state. If you have boarded on a genuine mountain, this would probably be a disappointing experience for you. The runs are fairly easy and short. There are not usually wildly long lines. I personally find it way overly priced, especially if you need to use a rental.
