Steep n deep is very pricey for your average ski bomb. No snow this year. The strike really hurt there was actually a good snow storm during that. Wish there was more affordable options for those of us that actually live in Colorado and on the Western Slope

Telluride has the best scenery in Colorado. The mountain is very diverse with beginner through expert runs all with no lift lines !! Ever !
There is a free gondola that runs between the town of Telluride and the other side of the mountain called Mountain Village. The town of Telluride is in a box canyon and has kept the charm of yesteryear. There’s plenty of casual and fine dining restaurants and some nightlife. Not easy to get to but well worth the effort.

Very nice skiing. The strike has ended and things are excellent. They are actively adding snow and grooming slopes.

Poor snow conditions, limited terrain open. Dangerously crowded slopes, I saw a few collisions and was just missed by a skier and a snowboarder. Not my idea of a good time skiing. Bummer

Great mountain, a bit pricey . The views are the best in Colorado and plenty of all types of terrain for all levels of skiers. Free gondola makes it easy to be in town of Telluride or other side of mountain in town of Mountain Village. NEVER any lift lines !

Telluride is in my view the best resort for intermediate skiing. Also it never seems busy, probably because you need to fly into Montrose and then have a 75 minute drive. The town of telluride is still like the old mining town. Many of the runs are well groomed and often not busy.

Telluride is the best of the West, quiet lift lines and great ski conditions equal FUN! Dont stop at the mountain because town is just as fun with great food establishments and shops!

Telluride is out of control expensive!!! They cater to the ultra rich and don't give a shit about the locals or families. It's also not an easy resort to get to due to its remote location. There is ZERO free parking, there are no affordable places to eat, and there are even less affordable places to stay. 5 days in Telluride for a family of 4 will easily cost over $20,000 and that's on the cheap side. These Vail owned resorts really suck!

I skied Telluride and found it to be the most family friendly place Id ever been. Half days meant whatever half you wanted. People were unbelievably friendly, everywhere. The fire pit below our lodging was lit at 6 in the morning and stayed lit until midnight. No lift lines, NONE! Slopes were perfect, all of them, from the top to the bottom. Its an amazing place, we stayed at an amazing ski in, ski out condo and Id return in a second. Love Telluride

Live a hour away. Great place when it dumps. We don't eat out much in town. So I can not be honest about that. Lot of terrain so good for all skiers. Down side they just don't get the big storms. When they do it awsome.

Great place to ski and snowboard. Had a variety of runs and two parks. Cute town and loved the free gondola that connected the town and mountain village.

This is one of my favorite spots to ski. Mountain and slopes are amazing, the black and double black are challenging, but in a good, entertaining way.
Never had an issue with the kids, there were a lot of family-friendly options. Theres plenty of accommodation and even if its not near the skiing area, it is quite easy and trouble-free to get there.

Great American Resort. Well linked runs , quiet slopes with lifts that link well.
Great restaurants.
A lot of off piste runs off the back of the resort.
Great old mining villages in the area and can also drive to Silverton for some Cat skiing.

Telluride has good ski valet options but it is a bit on the pricy end. Large mountain with great snow, recommend taking at least 3 days of skiing to enjoy the full resort.
