Ski Portillo is one of Chile’s most iconic ski resorts, renowned for its world-class slopes and picturesque setting by the emerald-green Lake Inca. Catering to all skill levels, the resort offers perfectly groomed trails, challenging steeps, and excellent off-piste terrain. With no nearby village, Ski Portillo provides an all-inclusive experience featuring a single luxury hotel, cosy lodges, and a strong sense of community. Its intimate setting, coupled with high-quality skiing, makes it a standout destination in the Andes.

Recent Reviews

Very isolated resort, where you are only going to find people willing to ski and enjoy the solemnity of the Andes, good food, good drinks, and amazing rides for all level. The views and scenery are also breath taking.

Skiing down to the lake is absolutely breathtaking. Being able to just do one or two runs makes the heli skiing more affordable than most. There is also a one of a kind, interesting slingshot lift and chairs that cross roads. Skiing and crowds does sort of follow the sun.

Like a cruise ship ski resort. Go for a cold plunge in the lake. Eat/ dance at the employee bbq if possible. Go up to Argentina border, because why not? Bad snow year unfortunately.
