Reviews

La Tzoumaz is the quiet side of the mountain compared to Vervier, it's near neighbour. Same slopes (but snow often better in La Tzoumaz), quiet runs and friendly informal apres. Nice small resort with testing runs and the longest sledge run in the Alps

We love going to La Tzoumaz, it has great access to the verbier ski area from a quieter and nicer place. There is a good variety of groomed slopes from blue and red with access from Lacs via an ungroomed yellow which is more challenging. There is some excellent chalets available in La tzoumaz, it is very quiet with only a few bars and small choice of places to eat. We prefer this but appreciate it is not for everyone.

I had a great time and really improved my snowboarding there. It is really quiet meaning its good for nervous beginners or you just want to blast your way down runs.
