In my opinion, this is the best ski resort in Switzerland. Everything is perfect. If you dont mind blowing money stay at Arosa, but if you wanna save go to Lenzerheide , as you can just get a bus or gondola over.

The resort is great, there are many bars and restaurants on the mountain but less places for apres ski. This could be easily fixed if those bars were turned into apres bars at times , with speakers and a dj. The groomed slopes are amazing and there a good few terrain parks for beginners and intermediates and advanced. Especially in arosa there is large wide areas for off piste skiing and has huge potential for fun on powder days. The area is expensive due to it being in Switzerland however on the mountain the prices for beer and chips at the right places arent too bad. (5.50-8 CHF for a large beer) there are many lifts most of which are modern and efficient. Most of the resort workers speak English too, however some of the Swiss residents are not the most friendly to tourists. I am doing a season here and overall its an amazing place to ski and I would recommend it, even though its on the more expensive side of the resorts.

Worked there for 3 years and love it to pieces! It is small and fun with a good nightlife and ski hill. Would live there if I could
