An abundance of pistes to choose from where there is good snowfall. Several restaurants to choose from with good, although expensive food. Lots of equipment hire options.

Formigal is a ski resort that is booming in Spain, and now that it has been combined with Astún, it has many skiable kilometres. Even so, if you are looking only to ski, Baqueira is the best option for everyone in Spain, but if you are looking for a lot of partying, Formigal is the place to go, since the Marchica apres-ski discotheque is very famous and very good.
