Visited for a few days on a longer road trip we were on. The area of the Alps was a beautiful trip coming up from the gorges to the the South.
Good snow while we were there, had some lovely days with my partner who was less experienced than me but she picked it up again fast on the easy slopes and we got onto the long blues the next day.
The ability to travel over to the other sides of the mountain was great, and the food options up on the slopes were delicious.
It was nice and quiet when we were there mid week

I went with my partner to teach her to ski. We had a lot of fun for our short stay off 4 nights, self catered catering was very helpful and right in town so very easy access to the doors and lifts base area.
There was a good variety of basic slopes but sadly in late season a bit unpredictable snow conditions and many closed slopes. Sad we couldn't explore the extra slopes in la fouz and another area but it was a very good start for a new skier.
The town was lovely with plenty of shops and pubs still open, still lively in the mid week days when we went.
Ate out and bought plenty of snacks for the days skiing

A hidden gem of a resort, a huge area spread over a variety of terrain. Recent fast lifts have been installed.
Mainly French resort with friendly locals.
Skiing on and off the piste is brilliant, although not many challenging on the piste runs. Links to Pra-Loup.
Lots of self catering accomodation, lots of reasonably priced restaurants on and off the slopes. Book ahead in peak times.
Overall a friendly, family resort with skiing for all.
